- "When we arrived at the property, the front desk could not find our reservation. After some time, we were told we could only pay in cash as they do not accept cards- this was very unexpected. The front desk also claimed they were not able to provide us with a receipt for our cash payment. Additionally, there isn’t wifi as stated in the listing. We booked the family cabin with 4 beds and were given a cabin with 3 beds. You must travel to the property by boat as it is on an island. When leaving, it was difficult to get a boat off the island.
