- "Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. "

The bed and pillows were visibly unclean, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the door was broken and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that made using the facilities unbearable. These issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or pleasant environment."
