- "Not up to standard" - "As a one-night stay, I just needed a bed and shower. For a 3 star hotel (as listed on Hotels.com), it was rather run down. Toilet seat was only connected on one side so moved - despite having a nice paper seal to show it was cleaned, the cleaner didn't notice it nearly fell off. Bedside lampshade was in tatters and lamp didn't work. Beds were okay and kitchen was satisfactory. Apparently no on-site manager after hours so nobody to address kids running the verandah after 10pm or to address the loud argument in a downstairs room at 4am. Office didn't open until 9am so any assistance needed was not available apparently."
