This is a great place for visiting with family & friends with all the necessary amenities. It is a beautiful, peaceful home in a quite family neighborhood in Riverside CA near a variety of shopping and dining. Full kitchen stocked with service up to 20 guests. 3 bed/2 bath with added air mattresses and sofa beds for sleeping additional guests. Cleaned and disinfected from door handles to the floor. An open floor plan centrally located to many of the sights of Southern Calif parking on site.

The game room is in a separate building in the private back yard. Pool table and activities for the whole family. The home has built in AC/Heater units and ceiling fans in each room. bedrooms have their own AC units. Space heaters provides in winter for additional customizable room temperature. The house has a full kitchen, bedding, pillows, toiletries, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, serving dishes, etc... The ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge is NOT connected.

You will be able to access the building at the front of the property and the back yard. The side gate has a coded lock that you can use to access the back yard as needed.

The kitchen is stocked with a spice rack, dish washing soap, sponge, paper towels and trash bags. We have 5 days or more of supplies for you. If you should need additional supplies an Albertson groceries store is only a 2-minute drive.

The Bedrooms:
1 Queen Size bed in the master bedroom and a full-size bed. A queen size bed in Bedroom #2. A full-size bed in bedroom #3. A full-size bed in the open concept bedroom #4. We can accommodate additional guests with rolling twin beds. A crib is also available. White linens, pillows, and comforters on all beds. Extra pillows, linens, and comforters in closets. We also provide luggage racks, hampers, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

The Bathrooms:
We have towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, toilet paper, and a blow dryer for your use. We have 5 days or more of supplies for you. If you should need additional supplies Albertson groceries store is a 2-minute drive.

Located steps from the historic Victoria Avenue walking path. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping, the 91 freeway, and the La Sierra Metro link terminal. It's a great location with a lot of convenient amenities nearby. There's a McDonalds, Denny’s, Thai food, Vietnamese Pho beef bowl, Dominos, Mexican food, all you can eat sushi, Albertsons, and dough nut shop nearby, just a 2 minute drive. The mall and park are a few minutes’ drive as well. UCR is 10 miles away and a 15 minute drive. Disneyland is 30 Miles away and a 45 minute drive. Huntington Beach and other Beaches are 45 minute drive. If you need help finding places, need recommendations, tips for visiting Disneyland etc.... I can help you.

Free parking. 2-3 car parking on the driveway. More parking in front of the house. 5 Cars maximum. Garage is for owner storage. Our full acre is fully fenced and gated, with a classic white picket fence that separates the front yard from the back yard. Many of our guests tell us it’s the first time they’ve felt their dogs were truly welcome on vacation. One recent visitor even shared that her pup had his very first holiday here at Sunny Grove—and she couldn’t imagine a happier memory.

A couple friendly notes: Pups are welcome; cats—with their acrobatics and tiny daggers—scare us. Also, no RVs or smoking or vaping. Thanks for keeping Sunny Grove easy and breezy.

Guests will have access to the entire property. We have a detached garage at the very back of the property which will not be available to our guests. We also have one closet in the main house that is reserved for the housekeeping crew.

Feel free to park up to 2 vehicles on our driveway. This space is exclusively for our guests' use. We want to ask guests to avoid parking in front of our neighbors' homes. This helps maintain good relations within our community. Our property does not have a parking garage.

Street Sweeping Schedule: The street sweeper passes through our neighborhood on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. To avoid parking violations and tickets, please ensure that your vehicles are not parked on the curb in front of the house or across the street during these times.

You'll have 100% Privacy inside this home. It is a Keyless Entry; we will send you the Code, and you won't need to meet in person.

Located steps from the historic Victoria Avenue walking path. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping, the 91 freeway, and the La Sierra Metro link terminal. It's a great location with a lot of convenient amenities nearby. There's a McDonalds, Denny’s, Thai food, Vietnamese Pho beef bowl, Dominos, Mexican food, all you can eat sushi, Albertsons, and dough nut shop nearby, just a 2 minute drive. The mall and park are a few minutes’ drive as well. UCR is 10 miles away and a 15 minute drive. Disneyland is 30 Miles away and a 45 minute drive. Huntington Beach and other Beaches are 45 minute drive. If you need help finding places, need recommendations, tips for visiting Disneyland etc.... I can help you.

Free parking. 2-3 car parking on the driveway. More parking in front of the house. 5 Cars maximum. Garage is for owner storage. This home is spacious enough to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet, a Roku 4K TV, and keyless entry. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. The laundry room comes equipped with a new washer and dryer. The game room features a pool table and foosball table for your enjoyment. Lastly, our backyard allows you to enjoy the Southern California sunshine with a pool, spa, and outdoor seating. Please note that the pool is a cold water pool and does not heat. Also, the spa simply runs bubbles and is not a hot tub.

The driveway in front of the garage provides parking for 3 vehicles and more parking is available on the street. We will allow a maximum of 4 vehicles at our property at any given time to avoid issues with the neighbors.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. Any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. It's a great location with a lot of convenient amenities nearby. There's a McDonalds, Denny’s, Thai food, Vietnamese Pho beef bowl, Dominos, Mexican food, all you can eat sushi, Albertsons, and dough nut shop nearby, just a 2 minute drive. The mall and park are a few minutes’ drive as well. UCR is 10 miles away and a 15 minute drive. Disneyland is 30 Miles away and a 45 minute drive. Our spacious home near Downtown Riverside was recently renovated and is now ready for you to enjoy! The home is situated in a friendly and quiet neighborhood and is only a 15-min drive to Downtown Riverside. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, game room, and BBQ. This home is spacious enough to accommodate up to 12 guests.

NOTE** The pool and Jacuzzi are not heated at this time.

The space
Welcome to our contemporary home haven! We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet, a Roku 4K TV, and keyless entry. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. The laundry room comes equipped with a new washer and dryer. The game room features a pool table and foosball table for your enjoyment. Lastly, our backyard allows you to enjoy the Southern California sunshine with a pool, spa, and outdoor seating. Please note that the pool is a cold water pool and does not heat. Also, the spa simply runs bubbles and is not a hot tub.

The driveway in front of the garage provides parking for 3 vehicles and more parking is available on the street. We will allow a maximum of 4 vehicles at our property at any given time to avoid issues with the neighbors.

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. Any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. The Kitchen:
Fully functional kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven. We have a Keurig coffee station stocked with Starbucks pods, tea, sugar, and cream. We also have an electric kettle, cups, mugs, a rice cooker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, knives, cutting boards, and colanders. The kitchen is stocked with a spice rack, dish washing soap, sponge, paper towels and trash bags. We have 5 days or more of supplies for you. If you should need additional supplies an Albertson groceries store is only a 2-minute drive.

The Bedrooms:
1 Queen Size bed in the master bedroom and a full-size bed. A queen size bed in Bedroom #2. A full-size bed in bedroom #3. A full-size bed in the open concept bedroom #4. We can accommodate additional guests with a rolling twin bed. A crib is also available. White linens, pillows, and comforters on all beds. Extra pillows, linens, and comforters in closets. We also provide luggage racks, hampers, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

The Bathrooms:
We have towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, toilet paper, and a blow dryer for your use. We have 5 days or more of supplies for you. If you should need additional supplies Albertson groceries store is a 2-minute drive.

Located steps from the historic Victoria Avenue walking path. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping, the 91 freeway, and the La Sierra Metro link terminal. It's a great location with a lot of convenient amenities nearby. There's a McDonalds, Denny’s, Thai food, Vietnamese Pho beef bowl, Dominos, Mexican food, all you can eat sushi, Albertsons, and dough nut shop nearby, just a 2 minute drive. The mall and park are a few minutes’ drive as well. UCR is 10 miles away and a 15 minute drive. Disneyland is 30 Miles away and a 45 minute drive. Huntington Beach and other Beaches are 45 minute drive. If you need help finding places, need recommendations, tips for visiting Disneyland etc.... I can help you.

The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 remodeled bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, while the two guest rooms each offer queen beds.

Just steps from the pool and drenched in sunlight, the newly created 400 sq ft guesthouse features large sliding glass doors that open to the pool, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor vibe. It includes a king-size bed, a pull-out couch, a full bathroom, and a mini fridge — ideal for hosting guests, extended family, or giving someone in your group their own private retreat.

Resort-Style Grounds

Step into a private oasis that feels more like a boutique resort. The oversized saltwater + ozone pool (over 20,000 gallons) and built-in spa are surrounded by mature landscaping planted by the original owners, a master gardener and college professor over 65 years ago. Guests often say, “It felt like a five-star resort.”

Free spa heating is included. Want to heat the pool?

Pool heating costs vary by season — ranging from around $125/day in the winter to minimal cost in the summer, depending on your preferred temperature. We can heat the pool to any temp you like, and our winter guests often request 95°F for that warm bath feel. We charge only what it costs us — no markup.

Dogs Welcome — No Fees. Ever.
We don’t just allow dogs — we welcome them. No pet fees, no guilt trips. The entire acre is fully fenced and gated, with a charming picket fence separating the front and back yards.

Many guests tell us it’s the first time they’ve ever felt their dogs were truly welcome on vacation. In fact, one of our recent guests said her pup had his first-ever vacation at Sunny Grove.

Sunny Grove is owned by a celebrity photographer and she uses the property as a peaceful escape from the city — and an occasional backdrop for private photoshoots and creative work.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property. We have a detached garage at the very back of the property which will not be available to our guests. We also have one closet in the main house that is reserved for the housekeeping crew.

Other things to note
Our landscaping team is there on Monday afternoons and the pool person is there Thursdays and Mondays.
