- "If only I could give 10 stars!! Absolutely incredible people who went above and beyond to take care of my elderly father when he had a long layover in Istanbul. The airport employees mistakenly were not letting him out of the transit zone for almost 4 hours. It didn't help that my Dad got locked out of his phone so we could not reach him. Musa, who came to pick him up to transfer to the hotel, was there waiting and looking for him all those 4 hours! Eventually, together with the hotel's owners, they were able to locate my Dad and got him "released". Everyone was so warm, patient and friendly throughout the whole experience.
