There are 2 private rooms. Up to 6 people can be created. Evim airport is 2 stops away by metro. 5 min walk to Metro(izban) stop. The newly opened fair is very close to optimum, bus stops.

Our apartment is 4 km from the airport, 1 km from the Optimum Shopping Mall, 2 km from the Izmir fairground and close to the center. Izmir Gaziemir is located in the most decent area of the Irmak neighborhood. Our apartment has a mountain view and is open , spacious and airy. It is very comfortable to access. There is its own parking area of the building where our apartment is located. It also has large areas for parking. There are grocery stores and bakeries under and around the building. A quiet and decent apartment.
