- "The best part of staying at Ardenwald was meeting the owner and host Julie. She went out of her way to welcome ( walking out to the corner waving a flashlight on a very stormy and wet night ) TO MAKING SURE our harrowing 10 hour drive south from Vancouver down the clogged artery called I-5 was washed away by a choice of French wine of Don Julia Tequila. I was most impressed , that was a first as a traveller and a fellow vacation rental owner. The place is a renovated 1890's church located in Selwood a funky neighbourhood close to cycle trails, rapid light rail, bus and shops. Access is through a antique wooden door into a private gated yard shared by 2 rental spaces, shaded and loaded with so many cool things to see, like the large twin hippo fountains that look real, bbq area, places to leave your bikes. The suite itself is huge, loaded with an eclectic mix of art, antiques and Moroccan artifacts. Loved the tiled stairs. She has spared no expense in providing her guests with comfort. I really liked the tiled shower. Lots of history within and without. Although we were there to do the 4T trail and cycle Springwater track - a bonus was following the suggestions Julie gave us in her recommendations: The Speakeasy for cocktails, the whole foods store nearby, Bert and Lous for breakfast and one we found ourselves called Central Bakery. The coffee is great and the tea place next door even better. Plus a Columbia Outlet store by itself hidden behind an antique store and Higgins Boiled Bagels. Driving around was easy - no traffic jams. Cycling was even better. I did make one suggestion and Julie plans to follow this up - forced air duct needs a hepa filter to stop any allergens blowing from outside or upstairs. We were there during heavy pollen time and got itchy eyes initially. However the place gave us quiet comfortable sleeps and that was the most important part. Thank you Julie for your graciousness as a host and sharing your home d'art with us. "

Our property is in a family-friendly neighborhood of Milwaukie, situated just outside of Portland city limits, with bike paths and green spaces surrounding us. The yard and garden sanctuary provide a tranquil place to sit, relax and restore.

Our apartment is conveniently located in the Ardenwald neighborhood, within 10 minutes of downtown Portland. There's a bus stop within short walking distance, and the Max station is less than a mile away.

When you step into our peaceful basement apartment, you'll be greeted by artistic and simple amenities. The space has natural light and an open kitchen/living room.

The plant-filled bedroom has a queen-sized comfy bed and ample storage for your belongings. The sun warms and fills the bedroom in the afternoon, drawing you in for a relaxing siesta.

The cozy living room has a full-sized futon couch that folds down into a bed, with several relaxing chairs, books, natural touches and a TV. This open area is created as a restful sanctuary, where you're invited to unwind - stretching on the yoga mat or meditating on floor chairs.

Adjacent to the open living room/sitting area, is a mid-century kitchen that includes a sink and full-sized refrigerator, an induction 2-burner stove top with cookware, a toaster oven and toaster, a coffee maker, electric tea kettle and kitchen island with 2 chairs. All basic cookware and kitchen supplies are provided, in addition to tea and coffee. There's a cozy breakfast nook with a table that seats 2.

The bathroom provides a clean and simple design, with toilet, sink, shower and basic toiletries. We're just a text away if you've forgotten any essentials!

There's a washer and dryer for your use in the apartment.

We use natural cleaning products throughout the space, and have other nature-based touches like bamboo sheets on the bed, and all-natural cotton/wool mattresses for the living room couch and bedroom mattresses.

The apartment will accommodate 3 people (4 depending on age and size, for an additional nominal fee), including families with children. A selection of handcrafted wooden toys, children's games and books are provided for our guests. There are also books for grown ups, like nature guides and local plant and tree identification.

We can provide you with a Pack-n-Play (upon request) with laundered sheets (for an added cost).

You have private full access to the apartment, which is located in the basement of our home. It has a separate outside entrance and keypad entry.

As you arrive, you'll follow a softly-lit stone path that winds around the property and through the garden, leading to the downstairs access located in our backyard.

There is free on-street parking directly in front of our house. We live near public transit, have a bus stop within walking distance, and many urban bike trails surrounding us.

The apartment is located in a safe, quaint neighborhood on a tree-lined walkable street. There is a neighborhood cafe within a 5 min walk. We're situated mid-way between 3 Portland-area community hot spots (Sellwood, Woodstock and downtown Milwaukie) that are a 5 - 10 min drive away. Each of these urban neighborhoods have great local restaurants, eateries, coffee houses, interesting shops, amazing Farmers Markets and antique stores.

Our family lives in the house above the apartment.

We're respectful of quiet times, and are asleep by 10:00p, usually waking around 6a weekdays (later on weekends). You can hear movement and muffled conversation in our comings and goings. We have 2 grown children and 1 tween who are considerate and easy going.

We have friendly domestic pets and urban farm animals that live on the property, reflective of an iconic Portlandia lifestyle. You'll likely see chickens strutting through the backyard, a bunny hopping in the bushes, our dog playing, or our cats lying in the sun. In season, our guests receive fresh organic eggs from our hens🥚🐣 and are welcome to a sampling of veggies, fruits and herbs from our gardens.

Located within walking distance to downtown Portland and convenient to the Pearl district, this romantic private suite is appointed with all of the luxuries found in a fine hotel. There is also a communal deck with mountain and river views available for your use when the weather permits.
A queen sized bed in the main bedroom sleeps two but there is also another queen sized sofa bed in another room along with all the bedding needed. A small kitchenette and a sitting room with a counter for your electronics serves as a breakfast table. The dining area is situated near light filled glass french-doors with interior louvers. The walk-in shower has sliding glass doors. Washer and dryer are accessible for your use via the bathroom.
Ample on-street parking is available in front of the house or on busy weekend nights the street at the rear of the property always has space.
The apartment is accessed from a sidewalk at the right side of the house as you face it. Follow the pathway down to the rear stairs and enter using a keyless touch pad using an access code we provide you.

Parking: On street parking. Usually there is no problem at the front of the property. Sometimes on the weekend evenings it might be a bit more crowded but there is always extra room out back on Alder Ct. You can park across the street where there is a gate and driveway but it is ok to park there. Neighbor uses it for only to take his garbage curbside.

Portland's historic Laurelhurst park is just 4 blocks north with bucolic walking trails, tennis, basketball, and horseshoe courts. Stroll around a beautiful duck filled lake with an island in the middle. It's a great place to dog walk and jog.
Two blocks away are many great unique restaurants and boutiques. There is a wonderful summer street fair with local vendors, food carts and free live performances.
Nearby, a few more blocks to the south, the trendy Hawthorne and Division neighborhoods are also famous for browsing, eating and shopping. The bus stop to downtown is 3 blocks away. The Hollywood district with Trader Joe's is 2 miles north. Market of Choice is new and on 10th and Belmont. HMart is now opened on 33rd and Belmont.
Whole Foods is about 6 blocks away at 29th and Burnside.

Amazing standalone unit in the Sellwood neighborhood of SE Portland. Every amenity you can imagine, along with period details and decor. Gas fireplace, gas range, AC, custom cabinets and more. Nearby coffee, restaurants, shops and parks.

The space was designed as if we were going to live there. Every detail is thought through. Spacious, open layout in living area with fireplace, sofa, dining table, television, etc. Living area is open to kitchen which includes stainless appliances, gas range, microwave, refrigerator with ice/water through the door and more. Multiple storage spaces, including a double closet in the large bedroom. Washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guests have full access to a private/separate apartment adjoining our home. It has a separate entry and is completely independent of our home. It is approximately 680 square feet and contains one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open living area with living room, full kitchen and dining area.

Guests will be welcomed at arrival if possible. Otherwise we will make arrangements for access to the apartment. We love to interact at other times if desired, but strive to provide a private experience that isn't overwhelmed by us. Please consider our apartment your second home.

'At the last minute I decided to forgo staying at a hotel and my daughter found this lovely back of house apartment in the beautiful Sellwood neighborhood. It was perfect. Brand new accommodations in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood where you could walk down the block and enjoy friendly crowd-filled coffee houses, antique stores, restaurants or discover that special organic-find at the local market. The apartment itself was doll-like, very clean (which I am fastidious about!) and could easily have been a model for a pottery barn ad. Perfect in every way. It was filled with everything you would need from coffee pots to silver ware should you chose to eat in. Lots of windows-making my morning coffee (provided by Traci of course) I could open the kitchen window and treat myself to fresh air to start my day. One unique and surprise feature was the heater nestled in the bathroom-a nicety you don't see very often and the bedroom was perfect-large, spacious closets and very comfy. The living room had a fireplace that was both warm and completed the feel of the apartment even if you did have to turn it on with a clicker. I highly recommend staying at this perfect rental and do so for a longer stay-I had only two nights and could have easily stayed for a week! Traci thought of everything and even provided us with a list of places to go and eat in her cardboard binder-she was a splendid host. I give it five stars!'

'My wife and I much enjoyed our stay in this apartment, indeed it is probably the best appointed and most elegantly designed apartment in which we have spent time (a week plus) in many years of travel. It has the advantage of being one of the few 'guesthouses' in Sellwood, so very well located for visitors such as ourselves coming to spend time with family living in that delightful area of Portland. This quaint 1 bedroom furnished apt. is located downstairs in our historic brick English tudor home. You have a separate key, private entrance, and courtyard. The space is well-lit with two windows and has a back door to a beautiful garden and patio in the backyard as well as a side door to the courtyard. We also use very careful required sanitation procedures between guests!
Our home is located Laurelhurst, a registered historic district. Laurelhurst is one of Portland's oldest and most beautiful planned communities. We are located on a quiet, tree lined street within 10 minutes of the city and 15 min. from the airport. Major shopping, wonderful restaurants and one of Portland's most beautiful parks are all within walking distance. This ideal location is only two blocks from a several bus lines and 5 blocks from the MAX (light rail train) The MAX can take downtown in the matter of minutes . It is also within walking distance of favorite east side shopping and dining areas, including Hawthorne, Belmont and 28th street.
When you enter this charming mid-century decorated apartment you will immediately feel at home! You will find a comfortable queen sized bed, overstuffed chair and desk with mesh internet service. Good size TV Roku access, DVD player(some DVD's available) in the bedroom. The nicely tiled bathroom has a tub and shower. Although there is not a separate "living room" you will find the apartment very cosy and comfortable. The kitchen has a dining space, there is a pantry that is furnished with everything you may need to make your own meals if you choose (i.e. microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, condiments, etc.). Sunny Stanhope Cottage is a sunny, spacious 120 year old Dutch Colonial Duplex in the beautiful, peaceful, historic Portland Heights neighborhood overlooking downtown Portland.

We are located in a quiet historic neighborhood, surrounded by nature, with plenty of space to go on walks and bike riding but close to downtown and restaurants. Bunnies, squirrels, chipmunks and deer can be spotted as well as many song birds. With our two outdoor decks and large kitchen and living room it is a perfect place to relax with your family.

The duplex is only 5 minutes (just over a mile) to the shops, restaurants and cafes of the Alphabet District (NW 23rd), downtown and Pearl. Close to OHSU and PSU. The 1400 square foot lower duplex is available year round for stays up to 5 weeks and features an open floor plan, two decks with site views up to Council Crest, southern exposure for sun all day long, two bedrooms with queen beds, a fold down couch bed for one more person in the living room, a beautiful dinning room for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen (perfect for home cooked meals) and a very large living room. Great for family gatherings for holidays, showers, weddings, graduation, etc.

Please note that the bedrooms are organized in a tandem layout with a hall to the bathroom between them. So our place is better for single couples, families and groups of friends than for two unrelated couples who may want privacy during sleep hours. Per city regulation our max occupancy is 5 overnight.

The immediate neighborhood offers excellent walking, jogging and biking along tree lined streets filled with beautiful old Portland homes. Council Crest (Portland's highest point) and Washington Park Rose Garden are 20 minutes by foot. The Vista Spring Cafe is a 5 minute walk away and close to the bus stop for line 51.

The duplex also features a 7 foot Mason Hamlin Piano which is available to serious pianists with advance notice. A guitar is available to all. Keith and Rocio are your hosts. We live in the upper duplex. We are quiet and work full time but friendly and helpful if you need us. House is equipped with a stereo and smart tv with basic cable only (bring your books or tablet for streaming) and it has central heat and air conditioning via our new heat pump. Summers in Oregon tend to not be very hot with low humidity. We also provide both fans and space heaters in addition to the heat pump.

Our 2 bdrm space is a ground floor apartment full of natural light. No stairs required. The main Victorian house was built in 1892, the lower apartment in 2016, maximizing charm with modern flow and amenities. Walk score of 94 - walker's paradise! Many coffee shops, tea shops, juice shop, restaurants galore (ethnic cuisines, BBQ, Pubs, sushi, pizza, burgers, etc), grocery market, bus and light rail lines, wildlife refuge and 3 city parks, including Westmoreland Nature Play park. So much to LOVE about Sellwood!

This is an ~800 sq ft accessory dwelling unit (ADU) built in 2016 and it comes with a good story. We lifted the original house (built in 1892) in the air to build the ADU and scooted the house over 5 ft so that the ADU would have its own patio with outdoor seating. It was a quite a spectacle! The result is a 2 bedroom apartment with a spacious living space and full size kitchen.

Bathroom: There are 2 half baths with a total of 1 toilet. Our bathroom combo includes two separate rooms: (1) one half bath with a toilet and mini vanity and (2) another half bath with a shower with full vanity sink. Even though there is only one toilet, it is so helpful that it is in a separate room from the shower and vanity! You know who I'm talking about. We love this feature!

Our place has 2 comfortable queen beds, plus 2 tri-fold mats. We provide all linens. The mats are slightly smaller than a twin and generally intended for children, but some adults tolerate them.

The kitchen is fully functional and fully equipped, including gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. (But beware, there are many good restaurants in this town to tempt you to dine out.)

Access: Follow the garden path to the left of our front stairs. It will lead to your patio and entrance. No stairs during this stay! We have a keyless lock, for which I will send you a private code for your stay - no keys to manage during your visit!

We LOVE living in Sellwood!

The apartment is a ground level daylight basement, or as they say in Chicago: a garden apartment. We live in the upper house. We are a family of 4 with a dog. We invested heavily in soundproofing but it is an older home and we did not achieve complete sound isolation. You will hear the dog romping occasionally and humans moving through the living space, you will NOT hear conversations or even voices. We've been hosting this apartment since we built it in 2016 and the pattern is that most people love our place. Don't take my word, read our reviews. Many have even described it as quiet, but at least one person was really annoyed by the sounds of our life. I strive to provide accurate information so that if you are someone who is seeking silence or is sound sensitive, you can recognize the mismatch in advance. You deserve to be delighted with your stay in Portland!!!

A little about the Sellwood neighborhood in Portland:
Sellwood has a friendly village feel. It continues to evolve with new shops, restaurants, services and food carts moving in regularly. We find ourselves leaving the neighborhood less and less because most of our needs can be met right in our own neighborhood. Need coffee? There are 7 local coffee shops within walking distance. Tea, instead? Two blocks away, there are 2 tea shops and one is in a retired red caboose! Hungry? Within easy walking distance, there are 2 cart pods with various cuisines represented, and MANY restaurants along SE 13th. Eating in? Our New Seasons Market is 4 blocks away. They have everything for cooking a full meal and also have hot nourishing prepared foods. And Grand Central Bakery has some of the best sandwiches around. Shopping? Sellwood used to be famous for its antique shops. It still has some, but now there are many other shops, including toys, clothing, gift, spice and craft supplies. There's even an inviting shop dedicated to board games (Cloud Cap Games) with lots of games available to play in their on site game room.

The place isn't large but feels cozy and just right since most of our stay we were exploring Portland for the first time. We rented a car and had no issue parking in front of the house everyday. The host was beyond helpful even when we had some unusual needs/requests. The yard and the chickens ( no noise from them) it all was just quaint and beautiful. The space
Our home is an enjoyable space to relax with family or friends.
It has a very functional kitchen with a 4 burner gas range, oven with convection, a 4 slice toaster, an under cabinet microwave oven, very nice heavy stainless steel cookware, ceramic coated frying pans, as well as cast iron, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, mixer, barware.
Laundry is located in the basement and soap is provided.
Relax outdoors in the 4 seat outdoor table, 6 outdoor chairs, and 2 loungers, cook on the natural gas BBQ, nice fenced yard and garden and a large covered patio and deck. In the summer enjoy fresh tomatoes, blueberries, raspberries and fresh herbs from the garden.
There is a fire pit, it is new and runs on propane.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of a closet off the master bathroom, a closet in the basement and the garage interior.
The house will all be yours as will the large driveway where you can park up to 3 cars on site, and 2 on street, and private fenced yard.
Other things to note
We have no dining room in the house, but we just purchased a small dining table and 4 chairs.
There is also a bar area between the kitchen and living room that seats 2, as well as seating in the living room for 5, a wicker pouf, and a 4 seat umbrella table outdoors.

There are guys who mow the lawn on thursdays, so you may want to keep an eye on your dogs that day because the gates will be open for half an hour or so. It’s usually in the afternoon.

Our home is dog friendly, and you can bring your canine friends along with you. We would limit the amount of dogs to 3 small dogs or 2 larger dogs.
There is a simple fee for bringing your pet friends along with you of $50, you will check the box for pets when you book, or i will request it after you check-in. This is to offset the cost of lawn repair, and hair removal. We provide towels and sheets to cover the bedspread if your pets like to sleep on the bed with you. We also have a doggie door suited for small to medium dogs, 2 sizes of dog beds, as well as food and water bowls located in the basement. Please pick up after your friend with the provided bags.
If you have allergies to dogs and cats our house may not be your best choice, as most of our guests have dogs, and some have cats.
Its a great neighborhood for walking or cycling, with bike paths every direction, and to downtowns waterfront. Nearby Sellwood has Oaks amusement park, a great place to take the kids. Sellwood Riverfront Park, a great dog park on the Willamette river, great for swimming with your pups and kids in the summer, and a nice place to bring the beach chairs and a cooler (all provided).
Sellwood has many wonderful restaurants as well, and many smaller parks and playgrounds. In summer the local parks sponsor free concerts.

Hi! Welcome to Clinton Street, our colorful little space tucked away on one of Portland’s favorite streets. We’re located within walking distance of so many Portland landmarks, including SE Division Street (home to some of the city’s best restaurants and bakeries) and SE Hawthorne Street (filled with vintage shops, coffee shops, and Powell’s Books East). We’re on a side street that is considered a Greenway, meaning that the only cars allowed to use the street belong to the people who live here. Otherwise Clinton is considered a bike street, so it’s super safe! We can’t wait to share our neighborhood with you!

We are striving to be a family friendly rental - we ourselves have a young child, and know how stressful it can be to travel with children. We want to do whatever we can to make it easier, whether that’s providing you with a pack-and-play or even just a pack of wipes. Know that we love kids, and have lots of fun activities and amenities designed just for their entertainment, and to give their parents a break from the constant need to entertain. If there’s anything you need, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

You’ll enter your space through a private entrance with keyless entry. The space is a private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people), TV, Desk. convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, coffee station (including brewed coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and a complimentary bag of local coffee), electric kettle and local tea, and dish ware/silverware.

The bedroom is furnished with a plush queen bed, lux linens, a large closet and a small desk, just in case you had to bring your work with you.

Cozy & bright detached studio with private entrance, 10 min from downtown, 2 blocks from the trolley and biking distance from many restaurants & stores, as well as the Willamette River for swimming in summertime.

The space
The studio has an open plan, but there's enough separation between the kitchen and bedroom for privacy. There's a 2nd door in the kitchen, that leads to our garage, which will just stay locked.
The private parking space is right outside the studio, and on the other end of our house, there's a nice patio with tables and chairs that you're welcome to use.

Guest access
You'll have private parking, but parking on the street or anywhere in our neighborhood is very easy. We also have a bike that we offer to our guests, as long as you promise to ALWAYS lock it ;) you can get just about anywhere by bike from our neighborhood, but if you prefer the transits, the trolley is 2 blocks away, and the bus stop is just up the road.

Within our area, you can find a coffee shop (Rose City Coffee), a few restaurants, bars, and breweries, a laundromat just 2 min walking up the road, a couple of convenience stores, and a couple of cute little parks. The closest grocery store is QFC in Sellwood-Moreland (5 min driving).

Other things to note
- If you have a *SMALL* pet, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate that.
- We are going to wash your bedsheets and towels once every 2 weeks, for everything else there's the laundromat up the street.
- For 30+ days stays, please try to keep the space clean with the tools we left to you (broom, vacuum, dish soap & sponge etc.).
- We have a Roku TV and you're welcome to login into Netflix and other accounts with your own login details if you have them. Those we'll be deleted when you check out.

At our house, you get the second floor all to yourself, including a calm and cozy bedroom, a second bedroom/sitting room, and a spectacular bathroom. It's the best of both worlds: the privacy and self-check-in of a stand-alone space, plus all the access to your hosts that you want (or don't want!).

You'll feel like a local staying on our quiet residential street in the walkable Brooklyn neighborhood. The house is on several bus lines, and it's only a 5+ minute drive to downtown and OHSU.

The space
This suite includes a primary bedroom with two big windows, a queen-size bed with fresh sheets, and two closets. Our sitting room has a pull-out couch with a second queen-size bed if you need more sleeping space, plus a work table, your own mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, supplies for coffee and tea, and basic dishes and silverware. The large-screen TV includes streaming services like Max (HBO), and the Criterion Channel for indy film lovers. Your private bathroom is across the hall, featuring a clawfoot tub, spacious shower and floor warmers.

This space very comfortably suits two people, and can accommodate up to four people to share the two queen-size beds without any problem. We can also provide a portable crib if you have a baby in tow.

This suite is in the upstairs of our home. We share the front entrance to the house with you, but we have doors that separate off our living area, so you can maintain the level of privacy you desire, and can come and go at whatever hours you need to without worrying about us. The second floor is all yours. It's a calm and private space just for our guests.

We're located in the Brooklyn neighborhood, which is a low-key part of central Southeast Portland that still feels down-home but has plenty of things to do. Within walking distance of our house, you'll find the Aladdin Theater, which hosts some of the biggest touring music acts; excellent coffee shops; a sought-after BBQ joint; and some of the best dive bars in the city, offering affordable good food, karaoke, patios, and good neighborhood vibes. We're also three short blocks from a large public park with a play structure, baseball field, basketball hoops, and plenty of open grass for lazy picnics and cloud-viewing.

You'll enjoy the quiet of this neighborhood without feeling disconnected from busier parts of Portland. Clinton and Division neighborhoods are reachable by foot, as are multiple bus lines and the MAX light rail.

You will have full access and privacy upstairs without disruption from us. Right now, we are unfortunately unable to allow access to common spaces on the main floor, due to COVID safety procedures.

During your stay
We're available if you need us, and can stay scarce if you prefer independence. We love interacting with our guests, but we're not at all offended if you choose to remain self-sufficient.

In any case, we're never more than a text message away! If you need help with anything at all, we insist that you let us know as soon as possible, and we'll make sure it gets fully addressed.

We're happy to provide tips about places to go and how to get around the city, if you like. We've also created a book with basic info about the house and our favorite local spots to visit, for your ongoing reference.

Due to space limitations, the water heater has the capacity to fill the tub only halfway before depleting, requiring approximately 30 minutes to reheat. Because of this, we have removed the bathtub portion of this claw foot from our amenities and it is only to be used as a shower.

The unit is about 650 square feet and has a double bed and a full-size sofa. There is a breakfast seating area and a well stocked kitchen.

This basement studio is extra bright with new windows and lighting.

The apartment has a private access as well as a front loading washer and dryer. Shared space includes outdoor seating area that looks out onto the bordering park.

The house is centrally located in the neighborhood of Brooklyn in SE Portland, only a few miles from downtown Portland. Street parking is readily available and public transportation (bus and light rail train) is amazingly easy from here. It's a five minute bus ride to the OHSU Tram or a 10 minute ride to downtown Portland or Rose Quarter. Within blocks you'll find excellent dining, 24 hr Fitness, coffee shops, shopping, the Aladdin Theatre and everything you could possibly need.

Other things to note
This is a basement apartment with our family of four in the main house above. We did include as much soundproofing as physically possible in the construction of the apartment but there is a chance you'll here vibrations from footsteps above periodically. We haven't had complaints from our current tenant however.

The space
We take your safety and our cleanliness extremely seriously. We've created a strict cleaning protocol that our cleaners follow as well as a 24 hour waiting period between check-ins.

This bight a cheerful home has a queen-size bed in each of the two bedrooms. We have an extra space with another queen size bed, for a total of three queens. Beautifully tiled bathroom and bright well equipped kitchen with lots of space to spread out. Great space to relax in after a busy day or to come home to after hitting one of Portland's great Farmer's Markets.

The full main level is included in this rental and is exclusively yours. There is a shared laundry room in the basement, and our caretaker has an apartment (with separate entrance) also in the basement. It is just street parking at the house (we need access to the garage and the caretaker parks on the driveway), street parking is free and typically ample.

Other things to note
We do have a basement renter who has their own entrance and private space who helps us watch over the house and take care of the yard. You will not see him unless you plan on using the shared laundry room.

Please note that parking for this space is free street parking directly in front of the house. You can fit two cars directly in front we just ask that you leave the driveway for the downstairs renter.
