Come enjoy our newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse/boathouse right at the Cedar Point entrance. Located in the heart of all Sandusky's attractions. 1 mile from Cedar Point, 2 miles from Sports Force, 2 miles from downtown Sandusky and a short boat ride to the islands. There is no lack of things to do in this area.
This house has a master suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two double beds. Sleeps a family of 4 very comfortably. It also includes two full bathrooms, laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Towels and linens provided. House includes Wi-Fi, large smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in each bedroom. TVs are ROKU and you can log into your personal steaming apps as well as free channels. Unwind by sitting outside on the new patio furniture while making some dinner on the grill. If requesting access to the boat well, please send me a message and it will be an additional $100 per stay (no boat lift). This property has two parking spaces available but could have a third vehicle parked directly in front of the patio as long as the street is not blocked.

1. This is a very close boating community filled with wonderful people. Everyone is there to relax and have a good time. Please be courteous and respectful to the residence. Gatherings do happen with the residents and periodic noise maybe heard inside unit as all boat houses have adjoining walls.
2. Take note that the speed limit on the street is 5mph. Please be sure to follow this posted speed as many times there are children and animals crossing.
3. If paying additional fee for access to the boat well, it is use at your own risk and owner will not be responsible for any incidents. No access to the boat lift.
4. No swimming in the boat well or anywhere near the boat houses due to safety issues.
5. No trespassing on any other resident's property.

This is a quaint home located within the historical Harbortown District. You'll find yourself within a 5 minute walk from the beautifully renovated Main Street Beach. Along your walk, you will come across our Art Gallery as well as local shopping and fine dining you will not find anywhere else.

Being a small town on a Great Lake, there are many things you can do on the water. Spend your day renting a kayak, paddleboats, a boat or jet skis. We offer tours along the Vermilion River learning about our history or rent a boat to enjoy a relaxing day of fishing.

Vermilion has a long history of rail fans and offers several spots to stop and enjoy the passing trains. One area is very close to our house, at Victory Park.

It is only a 20 minute drive into Sandusky where you’ll find Cedar Point, Kalahari and the newer addition Cedar Point Sports Park. It’s also only 20 minutes from downtown Oberlin and 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland.

The house was very clean, bright and attractive, and accommodated two families (four adults, three kids) by utilizing the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is narrow, but well stocked with dishes and utensils for preparing meals. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space-- a grassy area for games and cooking-out, and a shared picnic area and fire pit overlooking the lake, along with private access to the lake. The property is close to Cedar Point (about 20-25 mins), but well removed from the built-up area near the park's entrance. It's also close to the Vermillion, a pleasant town with a nice Main Street and public beach. Communication with the owner, Kathleen, was always timely and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again if we visit this area in the future."

Our Vacation Villa originated with my parents 35 years ago and has been enjoyed by the whole family every summer when they came to the Huron area from their winter home in Orlando, Florida. My husband, children, my siblings and their children would converge every summer to go to Cedar Point, take the ferry to the Islands and golf on the Sawmill Creek's golf coarse. The best part of our time together, however, was sitting around the villa laughing and enjoying everyone's company. The open space design allowed us all to be together and never miss a joke! When the grand kids got restless we would take walks to the private beach along Lake Erie's shore. My husband and I were so fortunate to be able to purchase this beautiful piece of property and keep the legacy of hospitality that my mother and father began years ago. My mom is back in Florida and thrilled to see the renovations and updated changes we made. Even though my dad passed away three years ago, his love for his family has inspired us to create an atmosphere that will bring enjoyment for many families to come. If you've stayed at several VRBOs, you'll notice that some hosts put furniture they don't want anymore in the "rental" house so the VRBO ends up being a hodge podge of old stuff that doesn't match, and some hosts design and decorate the rental with a theme in mind. This is the latter. This is one of the places that has a beautiful, contemporary theme and it looks as if everything in the house was purchased new just for this rental. It was less than a five minute drive to the heart of Vermilion with many shops, and restaurants. You really don't need to cook anything with all of the dining options. We drove to Port Clinton to take the ferry to Put-In-Bay for a day and were so glad we chose to stay in Vermilion. We hated to leave!"

My husband Scot and I recently renovated this beautiful old century home that we discovered is part of the Underground Railroad. It features 2 bedrooms, a washer/dryer, 12 foot ceilings, and 2 shared front porches, perfect for relaxing or people watching. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

30 day minimum except week of the Iron Man, then 3 day minimum. Photo ID and proof of employment required for 30+ day stays. Small, well behaved pets allowed with add'l cleaning fee.

The space
Large century home that was renovated into 4 separate apartments.

This is a small (50 sq ft) sleeping bedroom with two single beds (one is bunk height) in a unique, quaint, downtown 5 Bedroom B&B built in 1864 and fully restored over the past several years. Guests have access to shared bath and all amenities on the property (full kitchen, upstairs/downstairs gathering places, full kitchen, laundry, backyard with hot tub, fire pit, and barbeque. Downtown entertainment district and Sandusky Bay are two blocks away. Cedar Point 8 minute drive.

The space
Room is small with two twin beds…one at bunk height (beds are in L shape). Guests have access to all common areas, backyard amenities, kitchen/coffee bar/laundry.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire property…if property is full, shared bathroom is downstairs.

During your stay
Depending on number of rooms rented, hosts will be either on site, or one mile away. Response to guests concerns is immediate.
