There is no lack of things to do in this area.
This house has a master suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two double beds. Sleeps a family of 4 very comfortably. It also includes two full bathrooms, laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Towels and linens provided. House includes Wi-Fi, large smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in each bedroom. TVs are ROKU and you can log into your personal steaming apps as well as free channels. Unwind by sitting outside on the new patio furniture while making some dinner on the grill. If requesting access to the boat well, please send me a message and it will be an additional $100 per stay (no boat lift). This property has two parking spaces available but could have a third vehicle parked directly in front of the patio as long as the street is not blocked.

1. This is a very close boating community filled with wonderful people. Everyone is there to relax and have a good time. Please be courteous and respectful to the residence. Gatherings do happen with the residents and periodic noise maybe heard inside unit as all boat houses have adjoining walls.
2. Take note that the speed limit on the street is 5mph. Please be sure to follow this posted speed as many times there are children and animals crossing.
3. If paying additional fee for access to the boat well, it is use at your own risk and owner will not be responsible for any incidents. No access to the boat lift.
4. No swimming in the boat well or anywhere near the boat houses due to safety issues.
5. No trespassing on any other resident's property.

Bayview watercraft rentals also have jet skis, paddle boards and kayaks for rent.

Just 2 blocks away from historic downtown Sandusky. The Modern Farmhouse themed suite is the perfect, cozy place to stay. . Located steps from downtown these accommodations are 4 miles from the popular Cedar Point; Sports Force; Sports Center; and Kalahari.

The space
This is a Big Beautiful Century Home that is divided into 4 Suites/apartments. There are 2 full-time residents upstairs and the two lower units are airbnb's. If you are looking for more space you can rent the Bohemian Suite located across the hall, open your doors and have the entire first floor!

The unit is recently remodeled. Sleeps 4 People. Two in the Queen Bed. One in the Twin Murphy Bed and One on the Big Comfy Couch.

We are in the process of painting the outside and replacing a fence. So you may see us working around the house refreshing the outside.

The space
Guests will stay on one of our unique, solar powered houseboats. Furnished with a queen bed, two sitting chairs, and a solar powered outlet for charging small devices. Guests will utilize one of our 5 restrooms on land, just a short walk away from the unit.

Guests are encouraged to utilize our rooftop hot tub, shared grills and multiple gas firepits, as well as our mini golf course, cornhole and ping pong!

*Keep in mind, due to this unit being solar powered, it cannot power an air conditioner or heater. We provide rechargeable fans in the warmer months in addition to the windows that open int he front and back, as well as additional blankets in the cooler months. *

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use our shared roof top hot tub, multiple gas firepits, gas grills, ping pong, putt putt, cornhole and more right on site! We just ask that you are mindful of the other guests utilizing the shared amenities as well!
