- "Arthur, owner or co'owner of home was very polite and great to communicate with issues that occured. A new dish washer had to be replaced and a spray person was contacted by him for spraying for ants. Windows were unlocked and some screens were off. We locked windows and put up the screens that were off. The pictures shown in general were ok, but once in house it appeared a lot of significant updating work and improved home updating maintenance needed to be done. None of these issues would of been seen in pictures, only by inside visualization in bathrooms, kitchen and outside doors needed work. Arthur did come over to home towards the end of our stay, so we could point out some electrical ,safety issues, including back sliding door needs to be updated. It is extremely hard to open, a big safety issue.. The front bathroom bottom of tub was significantly damage and covered up by a bath mat. And water erosion of chalking in both bathroom/ shower areas. As explained Arthur was very polite to look at concerning issues. We felt like Arthur was not kept abreast possiblely and or he may need to make more frequent visits to monitor care and maintenance of home. We were there 5 weeks and we had very nice, professional communication with Arthur while he was out of town. If consistent with your intent to repair and update these concerns, we would be very happy to return. Respectfully, Arthur was not aware of the updating needs of the home . Thankyou Dan and Susan"

- "We stayed in this property the month of April. My favorite part was the outside pool area. Excellent loungers and sitting area with thick cushions. There were many beach towels. The owner turned the solar on for us as we wanted to enjoy the pool. My husband kept the leaves out of the pool with the net but someone came over regularly to check on the pool and do cleaning. The BBQ was great too. The house had everything needed for a great stay. When we contacted the owner, she responded promptly and was very helpful with questions we had about the area. Getting around the city was easy with all the parkways nearby. We did not have to take the busy freeways to get anywhere if we did not want to, although the freeways were close. Restaurants and groceries were not within walking distance but they were all within a short drive. We used Uber on several occasions and they had no problems getting to the area. The beds were very comfortable. The closets had enough hangers for both our wardrobes. Also robes were provided. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there were walking trails within a short distance. Property was close to Sunset Station for gamblers. There was a mall in that same area with a Macy’s and JC Penney. Also we golfed at two courses in the immediate area. This one-story home is located about 12 minutes by car from the famous Las Vegas Strip, in a quiet community off of Windmill between Eastern and Pecos. The home has an open, airy floor plan and includes a pool and spa, lots of outdoor seating for relaxing, and televisions in every bedroom and living area.

BEDROOMS: There are three bedrooms downstairs: the master suite with a king bed, bay window overlooking the pool area, and private en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, two sinks and a walk-in closet; a second bedroom with one queen bed; and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms are across the hall from a separate full bathroom with a shower/bath tub combo, sink and vanity area, and toilet.

BATHROOMS: The home has two full bathrooms. The master suite has a bathroom with shower, separate large bathtub, two sinks and a toilet. The other bathroom is located off the main hallway of the home with a shower/bath tub combo, sink and vanity area, and toilet. Toiletries like hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided for guests.

LIVING AREAS & GENERAL LAYOUT: The house has a very open design with the main family room open to the dine-in kitchen and a door leading out from this area to the pool area. Much of the downstairs areas have lovely tile floors keeping it cool in the summertime. There is also a formal living and dining area downstairs at the front of the house.

DINING AREAS: There are three dining areas: The formal dining room has seating for 6; the exterior has a table with umbrella and cushioned chairs for 6; the table in the bay window of the kitchen (looking out to the pool) has seating for 4.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has tile countertops, a double sink, oven, refrigerator with freezer, ice-maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, food processor, hand mixer, blender as well as pots, pans, chef's knives, silverware, plates/dishes, wine glasses, beer glasses, plasticware for the pool area, and much more. Coffee, spices, and other basic cooking supplies are stocked in the home, and food shopping is a breeze with two large, modern Von's & Smith's supermarkets just around the corner from the house on Windmill.

POOL AREA: The family room and kitchen look out onto the sparkling blue pool in a large private back yard. There is a wood pergola with a shaded seating area for relaxing, as well as a patio with a dining table and cushioned chairs for six, loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a large natural gas grill for barbecues with family and friends. The pool and spa are maintained weekly by a professional pool service (as is the landscaping) to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests.

LAUNDRY ROOM: As you enter the house from the garage, you will enter the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for guests, as are all cleaning supplies like dishwashing detergent, paper towels, etc.

GARAGE & PARKING: Guests will have access and are encouraged to park in the private garage which is attached to the house. The driveway also offers additional space, and street parking is also allowed directly in front of the home.

NEIGHBORHOOD & STRIP ACCESS: The home is approximately 5-6 miles from both the famous Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport, and is 1.5 miles from the 215 freeway making the home convenient for access all over the Las Vegas area. Shopping is a breeze: As you drive to the strip, you'll pass the Las Vegas Premium Outlets shopping center and then pass the lovely European-style Town Square shopping center - and both are filled with restaurants, too! Even closer to the house - just around the corner - is a modern Von's supermarket with everything you might need from simple snacks or to supplies to cook gourmet meals. In the other direction you'll find a Smith's supermarket and a Walgreen's for any drug store needs. All are open 24 hours. There are also several fast-food places in these shopping centers for meals on the go.

HOUSING COMMUNITY: We respect our neighbors in our delightful, small and very calm subdivision of homes and hope to rent to respectful travelers who understand they will become a temporary part of the neighborhood. This is our home and not a 'PARTY HOUSE.' We hope you will enjoy your stay here as much as we do!

RATES & LENGTH OF STAY: We favor longer rentals and do not rent the home non-stop to help maintain the quality of our home and to respect our neighbors. Two noise level monitors are installed at the property, one is in the interior common area and the other is on the rear patio. This is a requirement for all short term rental properties within the city municipality for the purpose of addressing potential noise complaints from neighbors and is for everyone's benefit. 5️⃣ NO more than 6 Vehicles allowed. Due to the city ordinances, only a limited number of vehicles are allowed.
6️⃣ NO Disturbances around the neighborhood. This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. Most importantly, NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
7️⃣ Pets are not allowed on this property. Bringing a pet for your stay may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine
