Just 5 minutes by car from Constitución and Morones Prieto avenues, and between 25 and 30 minutes from the airport. If you move without a car to one block from the colony, there are buses that take you to downtown Monterrey in 40 minutes (approx.) or to the Exposition metro station in 20 minutes (approx.). There is a park with a soccer and basketball court and some exercise equipment.
