We are a 5 unit motel in Port Clinton, OH geared toward fishermen and fishing charter groups, but perfect for anyone looking to stay in this popular tourist area, just minutes from Lake Erie Island ferries, Catawba Island and E. Harbor State Park. Cedar Point is also in close proximity! Units are most comfortable for 4 guests, but can sleep 6 if necessary. This unit has two twin beds and one day bed with trundle bed underneath in the bedroom area, and one day bed with trundle underneath in the living room/ kitchen area. Each unit has one full bath and a full kitchen. Much of the interior was just renovated in March 2024! We have boat/ trailer parking, boat plug-in, fish cleaning table, outdoor grills, fire pit, picnic tables, and outdoor chairs. Linens and towels are provided as well as toilet paper, paper towels, hand towels, hand soap, and dish soap. Units also have dining tables, living room chairs, window AC units and WIFI/smart TV’s.

Huge back yard with basketball court gave lots of options. The only watchout is with guests. I shared 5 months before my stay that I was planning on hosting an extended family dinner. However, 5 days before my stay began, I was informed that I had to limit my guests to 10 (which essentially meant I could no longer host the extended family dinner). Host offered a refund at that time if I wanted to cancel but honestly a refund is not useful 5 days before a vacation where there is nothing else available to rent on short notice. 5 Months notice should have been plenty of time to talk options and figure out what needed to be changed in order to allow me to host, so I am not sure why the host waited to the very end to share the restrictions at which point we had no time to adjust. I recommend getting clear up front if you plan on having any visitors."

Downstairs there is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. Fully furnished with kitchen appliances. Attractive island themed decorations inside. Outside deck with grill and fire pit. Very short walk to Miller’s Ferry which is your gateway to Put n Bay. Obviously a very short walk to the shores of Lake Erie to enjoy the water sunsets and sunrises among other activities.

We now have WIFI. Conveniently located 1 mile from The Orchard and Twin Oast Brewery with the Igloos in the winter. The cottage is 2 bedroom and 2 bath cottage. The cottage is conveniently located by the Miller Ferry to Put In Bay and all Lake Erie Islands. There are several restaurants located nearby. The cottage is newly remodeled with central air and cable TV. There is a washer and dryer,fridge,stove, and all small appliances included. There is a patio outback with a gas grill for those relaxing summer nights. The location is family friendly and only steps to private and well maintained Gem Beach. We do prefer 3 days to weekly rental in the summer, but off season is 2-3 days minimum, unless you contact the owner. Our driveway is 50 ft long if you have a smaller boat/trailer and truck. Guests are responsible for filling their own propane tanks and cleaning grill. Absolutely no parties allowed!

This is a townhouse apartment located steps away from Miller’s Ferry, on Catawba Island. About 100 steps from the Ferry property and about 200 steps to the shore! This is a quiet location within a triplex. There are two upstairs bedrooms with new floors upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has a full bathroom and both bedrooms have TVs. Downstairs boasts a living room and adjacent half bathroom. Kitchen has a cozy sit in dining room with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. This year we added a washer and dryer. There is a patio area with propane grill and with table umbrella and plenty of seating.

- "Owner was very informative about the renovation of the property and amenities. Located directly off a highway it is easy to find. The renovated accommodations are very nice. Boat parking is available for at least 3 boats. We were the only boat there so we had plenty of room. Charging for your boat is available. The owner is continuing to make upgrades to accommodate the building existing wiring. She is very responsive to any questions or issues. Anyone looking of accommodations while on a charter this is your place!"

- "Nice and clean. Well equipped. Nice people." - "Check in was a lil bit of a hiccup but handled very well by bar manager. The bed was a lil stiff and not easy to fall asleep in. The bar below was great really convenient for a goodtime and good food. The manager Peggy was amazing and very welcoming. There needs to be an umbrella for the table on the deck. Overall it was a good stay and hope to book it again."
