This beautiful penthouse exudes charm in all its rooms as it was designed and decorated to provide maximum comfort, Its beautiful living room was decorated with selected high-end furniture. The balcony is one of the highlights of the house, with incredible views of the entire neighborhood and the grandiose mountains that surround the city and has wooden sofas with pillows to rest while enjoying the view.

The dining room is simple and charming with ornaments of decoration from all parts of Brazil, featuring a large wooden table with capacity for 12 people. On sunday mornings you can enjoy yourself with CHORINHO (traditional Brazilian musical style that reminds Samba) at the meeting at the square from 11am to 13pm, next to some kind of arts and crafts fair, that happens at this same time and place. During the week there are many activities, from Tuesday to Sunday. During Carnival, it becomes a natural gathering space for drinks and music with the main attraction of a street carnival group (Bagunça o Meu Coreto) that gathers together in the square before leaving to the streets of the neighbourhood.

My neighborhood is very safe, only at night, which has to be more careful. But, the São Salvador square that is 3 minutes away has bars and market (24 hours) and people all night long.., it is very busy. It's a tourist spot! In addition to having police all night!
My neighborhood, Flamengo or Laranjeiras, is in the south zone of Rio, where there is the Fluminense club, the Aterro do Flamengo and the Governor's Palace.

I have a kind dog, dachshound breed, but you can't pick him up in his lap, he gets annoyed 😉
