The space
The room for rent is inside the property where I live with my husband and son, but the room is large and has a private bathroom for you. You have a privileged view of the city because it is a high floor. The location is the best in the city! Police station practically next door. Double bed, lock on the door, portable fan. The air-conditioning is only released upon payment of a fee to the owner of 20 reais in Pix or cash is charged per day, upon arrival! It is not allowed to leave it on without the presence of the guest and the impediment of access to disconnect if this occurs entails a fine of 300 reais. Garage charged separately also costs 20 reais, per day, the license plate and model of the car must be provided so that it can be reported to the doorman via WhatsApp or message in the app itself!
