CAMERA DISCLOSURE
There is a camera overlooking the front door and driveway (ring spotlight) that automatically records audio and video of the front door exterior of the property. The camera is activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of it. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.

The location was a hit for its proximity to eateries, coffee shops and nearby destinations such as the Seaport Village, Little Italy, Gaslamp Quarter, Old Town San Diego, beaches, suspension bridge, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, airport, hospitals, Target and Costco! The private driveway was a plus but the entrance to the parking spot can be steep for some vehicles like our van, which did not make the clearance, so we ended up parking on the street for the duration of our stay. Luckily, we found parking in front of the house at all times, except on our last night, where we walked a short block. Overall, we had an awesome experience and would absolutely stay here again!"

You will have direct access to the (shared with owner) laundry room. Note: Your kitchenette and laundry room is the dividing room that separates your suite from our home.
The bathroom was built to accommodate a wheelchair. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. There are two ceiling fans. A mini-split a/c and heater. Two operable skylights are located above the sofa and also in the laundry room.

This ground level, tucked away unit is in a very central neighborhood of San Diego and is minutes away from most of San Diego's major attractions.

Guest access is controlled by an electronic lock that uses a pin number that is provided to the guess upon arrival. Guests will have access to the backyard bbq'ing area.

The host can be an interactive as the guests desire. Upon arrival, the if the host is available he generally will try to meet the guests to welcome them. From time to time he is unable to meet them and when this occurs the guests are free to enter the house immediately up on arrival.

The little known name of this small neighborhood just south of the University of San Diego is called Silver Terrace. It is a very centrally located one just minutes from numerous highly popular destinations such as: Sea World, Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach, Old Town, Downtown, Fashion Valley Mall and La Jolla. Within a 10 minute walk you'll be within range of a trolley stop, multiple coffee shops, brewery tasting room, numerous restaurants, and a YMCA.

Morena Vista Trolley stop is located within a 5-minute walk from the house. From there, it's possible to go to Little Italy, the Gaslamp District, Fashion Valley, Qualcomm Stadium, and even further east out to SDSU.

This is the ideal place for a couple due to it's location to so many family friendly attractions San Diego has to offer. Additionally, for longer term stays that require the use of laundry services, the host will provide the washer and dryer located in the unit's garage free of charge.

Beautiful and private single family house with a gameroom from a converted garage in Mission Heights. Right up the hill from Fashion Valley Mall and Highway 163, this house is in a central location perfect to all tourist, business, and convention center activities without the struggle of parking issues downtown or on the beach. 5 miles to closest beach, 7 miles to airport, and 6 miles to sea world, zoo and the convention center. Even if it you are here on our seldom rainy days you will still be enjoying yourself! The home is furnished with five large screen tvs, playing cards/games, an 8ft pool table, hot tub an 8 x 12 over ground pool and a tabletop firepit. All the comfort away from home, plenty of towels and bedding, toiletries and coffee and tea along with spices to minimize your shopping needs. This is my 3rd VRBO. - "We had a blast! The property was perfect for use. A few people out of our party were’t able to make it last minute so the 3 of us had the entire house to ourselves. I left some items behind but the owner made it extremely easy for me to pick them up a few days later.
