You will have direct access to the (shared with owner) laundry room. Note: Your kitchenette and laundry room is the dividing room that separates your suite from our home.
The bathroom was built to accommodate a wheelchair. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. There are two ceiling fans. A mini-split a/c and heater. Two operable skylights are located above the sofa and also in the laundry room.

First, the most important part, not accurately portrayed in the listing: EVERYTHING is upstairs. Both bedrooms, the bathroom, AND the kitchen require climbing a somewhat steep staircase. The ONLY thing downstairs is the living room. Now, for the details. The towels were kinda threadbare, and SMALL. The 7 year old child in our group even commented that she’d never before used a bath towel that couldn’t fully wrap around her. I stayed on the sofa bed, which I had to make myself from assorted, threadbare blankets. The bed linens were so thin you can see through them and had what looks like some rust stains on them. Additionally, the towels and sheets were clearly washed in a VERY perfume-y detergent. As someone with scent-triggered migraines, this was not ideal. The kitchen was adequate. Very basic, but functional. (Though the microwave didn’t make a lot of sense, due to having knobs rather than buttons and no obvious options for settings.) The turntable glass was set inside, but nonfunctional. The water in the bathroom smells kinda sour, but wasn’t discolored or grainy, so it was likely safe, but we used bottled water for teeth brushing as a precaution. Overall, it is far from the worst place I’ve paid money to stay, but it’s equally far from the best. It is truly mediocre and adequate in every way. "

- "Place was great" - "The pictures on the listing are accurate and the condo was clean, cozy, and ready for our arrival. Two adults and two teens were easily accommodated for 5 nights. We did not spend days inside the condo- we were out exploring SD. Great location close to downtown, but not too close. With an amazing coffee place (Bird Rock) and dive bar (Sidecar) in walking distance. Because it’s a neighborhood and unknown to us, we really appreciated the exterior and interior doors with deadbolts. Thank you for the added safety feature! We would stay again when visiting SD. (Extra bonus in the summer, you get a fantastic fireworks show courtesy of Sea World every night visible from the front porch!)"

Enjoy the views from the covered patio while the ocean breeze flows around you! This is a modern home with a fully stocked kitchen and attention to the smallest detail accounted for. Short drive to the airport, downtown, beaches, SeaWorld, La Jolla and most other attractions in San Diego. Owners live in a unit on-site, and there are no shared spaces or access between units.
