If you arrive prior to check in, there’s free luggage storage. I had issues with one of my keys (never used that type before) and when I reached out via WhatsApp, I got a response immediately. I had other questions about the property as well and again, had a prompt response. There were three bathrooms of varying sizes in the common area. All were immaculate. The room itself was HUGE. Enough room to walk around and even do yoga. Lots of storage space for your clothes. AC and Wifi worked perfectly. There was a small tv in the corner of the room that didn’t work but really, who goes on vacation to watch TV? This was my fifth hotel on my two week tour of Italy and the ONLY one where I chose to stay at where I had to share a bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, service and how large the room was. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will come back to Pisa just to stay here longer."
