I had other questions about the property as well and again, had a prompt response. There were three bathrooms of varying sizes in the common area. All were immaculate. The room itself was HUGE. Enough room to walk around and even do yoga. Lots of storage space for your clothes. AC and Wifi worked perfectly. There was a small tv in the corner of the room that didn’t work but really, who goes on vacation to watch TV? This was my fifth hotel on my two week tour of Italy and the ONLY one where I chose to stay at where I had to share a bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, service and how large the room was. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will come back to Pisa just to stay here longer."

When you show up at the property they give you a link in the email which takes you to a separate page where you can click some buttons and it would unlock the door to the outside of the building, you then have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the elevator. You can then click open the next door, which allows you to get into a reception area with several rooms. Then finally, you would use your Link to click open your own hotel room door. It was easier than we thought it would be. The decor of this facility is very interesting. We felt like we were sleeping in a museum. The air conditioning is not very powerful so it took several hours to cool the room down. in the morning the breakfast is on the fifth floor, but it is not included. You pay five euros per person. Breakfast was OK nothing to write home about. "

The sea is 15 minutes by bus far and the wonderful San Rossore park 20 minutes on foot.

Very big room in a quite apartment, in a green neighborhood, 5-minutes walk from the city center. If you want to have a place that is far from the noise and confusion of the city central squares but at the same time near to the center this is the place for you! The host is almost always outside the house but could be very helpful, if you want, giving you advices about restaurants, gigs, beaches and so on!
