- "The house itself is good but the parking is ridiculous. This is a 2 story house and the rent the bottom floor and the top floor separately. You each have your own entrances to the house but both parties share the driveway. This caused issues because someone was always blocking the other renters car in. Your not allowed to park on the street so you just have to hope the other renters are willing to move their cars all the time so you can get out of the driveway "

Sunrise Serenade is located across the street from the Seawall and Beach! This East End home boasts a great location with an ocean view and close proximity to many activities. Enjoy stunning sunrises on your private front porch. Head down to the beach and have your toes in the sand within minutes. Take a walk down Seawall Boulevard or rent a bike for a cruise.

The master bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, and 55" Smart TV. The bathroom is just outside the hallway door. The second bedroom also has ocean views, 45" Smart TV, and a bunk bed with queen bottom and XL twin on top. There's plenty of space with two seating areas and USB connection at each lamp. Both bedrooms have blinds and curtains when it's time to wind down and noise machines are available for any light sleepers.

The living room has a 75" Smart TV and a sleeper couch with an upgraded mattress if anyone wants their own space. Utilize the stocked kitchen if you want to cook or visit one of the restaurants within walking distance. The small, private backyard has a propane grill, and is perfect for a small pet.
