Waves for Days! The views from our oceanfront townhome will leave you feeling you are surrounded by the waves. Each of the 4 bedrooms has an attached full bath. The large living room & dining rooms open to a fully-equipped kitchen which is truly fit for a chef with a large island, abundant prep space & beautiful six-burner gas stove. Step across the street & you are on the beach. Take some time to relax in the hot tub, body board, take a bike for a ride on the Prom or relax & watch the waves!

Waves for Days! The views from our oceanfront townhome will leave you feeling you are surrounded by the waves. A++ Views!! Watch and be mesmerized by Waves for Days!! Amenities galore, quiet south end of Seaside, just walk across the street to the beach for bonfires, clamming, sand dollar hunts, bodyboarding and relaxing beach walks. A quarter mile to Eateries, Golf and Upscale Family Market. Just a 1.5 mile walk or bike ride to downtown Seaside, Aquarium and Arcade.

Enjoy the use of our six beach cruisers, beach wagon, corn hole, kites, beach chairs, dog crates, gas grill and hot tub!

Each of the spacious four bedrooms has an attached full bath. The bedroom on the first floor has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Step out on the patio to use our hot tub with views of the trees and mountains! Also on the first floor is an attached garage with beach toys, bikes, beach wagon and beach equipment.

On the second floor you will find the spacious kitchen, dining area, living room and the second bedroom. The ocean-view kitchen is truly fit for a chef! It well-equipped with stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas stove. There is abundant prep space and a large center island.

The living room features beautiful ocean views, a gas fireplace and comfy sofas. There is also a seating area next to the windows for enjoying views of the waves and the warmth of the fireplace. Tucked away next to the dining area is a small table fit for two and perfect for gaming or working from home!

There is also a large dining table with more views of the water which seats eight. Enjoy having a wet bar next to the dining room table complete with a wine cooler. Steps from the table is an intimate patio made for two. This is the spot to enjoy your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine.

This floor also has a powder room and the second bedroom. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, TV and en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. There is a large east-facing deck off this bedroom with views of the mountain and trees. The deck has a gas grill, dining table and lounge chairs.

Step up to the third floor where the ocean views are breathtaking! The master bedroom is on this floor. The en suite master bathroom features two separate vanities, large, jetted tub with ocean view and separate tiled shower. The master bedroom also features large, flat-screen TV, a desk for those that need to work and a comfortable seating area right next to the windows. You will feel as though you are surrounded by the waves from the spot! Simply amazing!

Also on this floor is the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has two queen sized beds, TV, huge walk-in closet with an extra dryer and large attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed 2 dogs with a $30 minimum/dog. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements. $15 per poop left on property after departure will be deducted from damage deposit.

Large, sunny 1 bedroom in quiet apartment that feels like a house. 1.5 bath. Washer/Dryer. Full kitchen w/dishwasher. Neat and tidy. Sunlight and houseplants. Large back deck (you can smoke out there if necessary) w/box garden. Private parking. Close walk to beach, shopping, restaurants, banks and all Seaside amenities. Providence Seaside Hospital 1.2 miles away. Lots of privacy. Peaceful, private environment. Pets considered case by case. This is a monthly rental. I work and travel a lot.

Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and or Mt. Views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

Welcome to Little Cottage at the Coast, located in sunny Seaside! This cozy beach home offers two bedrooms, two baths. You'll find the beach a couple blocks away to the west of the home, where you can take a nice stroll along the beach.

Upon entering the Cozy Beach Cottage, you'll find yourself in an open, yet cozy concept area containing the living room, and nice sitting area. The living space offers guests a comfy sofa and chair to relax in after a long day of driving or exploring! There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, so feel free to throw a bag of popcorn in the microwave and enjoy a late-night movie together. You'll also have Wi-Fi while staying at your vacation home. The dining area is right off the kitchen, which is a built-in seating nook, with windows on each side. You can step outside the kitchen door to a lovely outdoor deck, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner on the picnic table.

The kitchen has everything you need to make some homemade meals during your stay in Seaside Beach. You'll have access to plenty of silverware and dishware, as well as an oven/stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave (these last two items are located in the garage). A washer and dryer is located just off the second bathroom area, so you can wash any wet or sandy clothes before heading home!

The first bedroom contains a private bathroom and one queen bed. There is also a flat screen TV for you to enjoy before heading off to sleep. The bathroom offers a shower.

Head through the hallway and you will find the second bathroom, right between the kitchen and the second bedroom. This bedroom offers two twin-size beds.

While staying in Seaside, you'll have plenty to see and do. The Pacific Ocean is a short walk away, where you and your family can explore the sandy shores or go surfing. Just be sure to bring a surfboard with you, or you can rent one from the nearest surf shop in town! There are plenty of shops and restaurants to try located along historic Highway 101.
