Less than a mile from Mile High Stadium, the Shops at Highland Square, Sloans Lake, and Downtown Denver. Walk or Uber to the game, concert, lake, coffee, brewery, or restaurant. No shortage of fun, food, and activities nearby. Separate, locked UPSTAIRS apartment unit with its own entrance. I've tried to take my own travel experiences into account when laying out this place. My goal is to provide a place that you can enjoy as a vacation, work, or temporary living situation, or maybe all the above!

While we are a very respectful of our guests and make sure to keep the noise to a minimum but you may hear our dog every once in a while or when we walk around (although we really do walk as softly as possible when guests are staying with us!).

We also found an amazing bakery close by as well as other yummy restaurants and fun shops. The property was clean and offered ample space and amenities for our needs. Parking was super easy on the street right next to the entrance. The only thing we didn’t care for was the slightly musty smell. However we understand this is to be expected with a lower level in an older house that previously allowed smoking. If you are sensitive to smells this might not be the place for you. After a few minutes in the house it’s hardly noticeable. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend."

Close to Mile High Stadium, Denver Convention Center, Sloans Lake, and Highland Square. Built in 2016, 4-level, 5 bed, 4.5 bath duplex, 3,500 sq ft, a beautiful open floor plan, and 12 ft accordian doors in the great room opens up to a private courtyard. The primary and loft bedrooms both have private decks w/ city skyline views. The roof top has a living room w/ a wet bar and a west-facing deck with mountain views. The basement is complete with a theater room, bar, kitchenette, & gym.
Two very important rules:
1) Cigarette smoking is absolutely prohibited on this property - that means NO SMOKING INSIDE or OUTSIDE.
2) There are not to be more than 10 people on the property at any time, unless you have been given prior consent.
If you are observed breaking these rules, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Denver law prohibits short-term renting (VRBO) a house other than a hosts' primary residence. In other words... this is my home and I live here. This is not just a rental property. Please treat it accordingly.
*Please note: There are two outdoor motion-decting security cameras on the property that will be on and recording both audio and motion during your stay. One is monitoring the front door and a second is monitoring the backyard/backdoor of the home.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is 1200+ sq ft and completely remodeled and furnished with love. Enjoy a stroll around Sloan's Lake or explore quaint Edgewater and check out Joyride Brewery, US Thai, the Electric Cure and more. Highlands Square and the shops/restaurants on Tennyson are all within a mile or two! Easy access to public transportation.

I hope this cozy creole cottage will make you feel right at home - relaxed and welcome! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a Queen bed in the primary bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms (one with a full-sized bed and the other with a daybed/single). The house has central A/C and heat and there is a 40" Roku smart TV for streaming along with fast WiFi. Guests have access to the washer and dryer and the fully fenced backyard. The main bathroom has a deep, soaking tub and the primary bedroom has its own bathroom attached with a shower. Guests have full access to the house excluding the garage. There is ample parking on the street in front of the house, but please read the signs for street sweeping restrictions. There is a private back patio with a table outside for a meal or morning coffee. Feel free to use the gas BBQ grill and front, side or backyards!

With off-street parking and located in a quiet neighborhood only a block from scenic Sloan's Lake this cosy private entrance basement guest suite with a king bed is within walking distance of food and drink and is central to Denver's popular locations.
Easily attend events at Empower Stadium only a mile away. Ball Arena, Coors Field, Meow Wolf, Downtown Denver, Edgewater Market, Highland Square, LoHi, Tennyson St, LoDo, RiNo, Union Station minutes away by car. Red Rocks about 20 min by car.
Once you arrive you'll make your way around the left side of the house to the backyard/patio where you'll find an external stairway down to the guest suite. You'll self check-in via an electronic keypad door lock to enter into the suite.
The suite is brightly lit and was recently refinished in a clean, modern style with an open floor plan.
Immediately upon entry you'll find the kitchenette complete with counter, sink, microwave, keurig, toaster, mini fridge (with small freezer), table, and chairs. A bit further in is the living room area complete with tv and reclining leather sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed along with a dresser and closet for your clothes. Down a short hallway is the bathroom with sink, mirror, toilet, and shower. Back outside you'll find the shared (with me) backyard/patio which you are free to use.
If you have work or entertainment that requires internet there is strong and fast WiFi throughout the property (up to 100 Mbps, service not guaranteed) and many available power outlets.
NOTE: The ceilings aren't high and the space will be uncomfortable for guests taller than approx 6'1" due to a structural beam between the bedroom and main room and a bit of hvac ducting in the hallway to the bathroom.
The front driveway is reserved for guests to park in. RTD (Denver's bus system) is conveniently located just a few blocks away. Bike/scooter ride share has become popular and are almost always available to rent within a few blocks. Lyft and Uber of course are both available in the area.
There is no air conditioning but being a basement it stays naturally cooler during the summer and fans are provided for your use. Many guests have let me know that with windows open and using the fans during the hottest days of summer that they were happy. If you're very sensitive to summer please find somewhere else to stay.
Temperature during colder seasons can be adjusted by opening or closing vents. The house is centrally heated to 70F from 8am-12am and 66F from 12am-8am during the winter. The suite may be warmer with all vents open and cooler with vents closed. Happy to edit up or down a couple degrees message me on Vrbo during the day.
It is a 1950s home and while there has been a good amount of soundproofing done you may hear some floorboards upstairs and distance voices so a white noise machine is provided to mitigate outside noise.
Ivy (my dog) is never allowed in the suite out of consideration for those with allergies. If you have issues with dogs please let me know and I'll try to check that you aren't using the backyard when I let her out. She's a greyhound so she's large but friendly to humans.
Exterior cameras viewing the front porch, rear driveway, and gate to the backyard are on and recording. There are zero cameras located inside the guest suite.

Clean, family run garden level apartment in our 1890 victorian house. Complete remodel and ready for a getaway in the heart of Denver.
We know hard you work for your money, and we strive to provide you the best value for your booking. We have set certain protocols for cleaning and staging for our guests. Please ask if you have any questions.
We are centrally located, a 5 minute drive to downtown, but without the headache of parking. We are also 5 minutes to the Broncos Stadium or Highlands Square, with lots of fantastic restaurants and shopping. We are also close to Sloan's lake for a beautiful stroll. We are 30 minutes from the foothills.
The master has a queen sized mattress and the living room has a high end pull out twin bed memory foam mattress. We also have a pack and play if needed. We have 2 flat screen tvs, washer/dryer, wifi, cable and many rustic upgrades.
We live upstairs, but this unit has its own entrance and we only see guests if they need us for something. We value your privacy. We are a smoke free house. We stay quiet upstairs after 10 pm.

Mini-Splits are available for your comfort. Please set the main central heater back to the controls it is on. Set up, to adjust throughout the day and night.

Bed is very comfortable. The shared space is secure which is also where washer and dryer are located. Parking in back alley makes access to house very easy. I did hear some movement from upstairs unit but nothing distracting. The location is a dream. Home is located in a residential neighborhood of mostly older brick bungalows. Walkable Sloans Lake to the west and an easy drive to Speer that takes you into the heart of Denver to the east. I enjoyed the unit and it's location. Marla was easy to do business with. Cozy up in this recently designed, entirely private mini-suite in the ideal Sloan's Lake neighborhood, perfectly located for exploring the best of Denver.
Ideal as a solo traveler’s nest, but can fit two in the queen bed. The walking space is tight, but the room is curated specifically to help you feel at home: fridge/microwave, books/games, work desk, shoe bins, coffee bar, and a gorgeously designed bathroom!
The space
This is a completely private suite (Unit C) attached to a brick home with a few different units. You'll walk to the backyard to get to your private entrance (please excuse some construction materials in the front and backyards while I finish renovations on the rest of the house!). You might hear some light living sounds through the shared walls, but there was extra sound reducing materials used to build this unit, so it's not excessive.
There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, plates/silverware (no need to cook when you can walk to many nearby restaurants!). You'll have a private small patio deck with a table and chairs perfect for morning coffee. There's a Roku smart TV and a coffee bar.
I have one other Airbnb listing that is on the other side of this property. You are welcome to book both if there is availability, although they don't connect. airbnb.com/h/sloans-lake-rental

There’s a separate backyard entrance to your private space, Unit C, with no access to or from any other units in the building. You'll walk to the right of the house and through two chain link gates into the backyard to find your private wooden deck/patio, and entrance to the suite!
It's usually very quiet, but you may see me or other folks in the front yard coming and going occasionally. To get to the backyard, you'll also walk through a chain link fenced/gated area that is shared with a tenant and his friendly brown dog. Just be sure to close the gates behind you so Francis the dog doesn't get out!

Venturing around Denver:
Edgewater Public Market (6 blocks), Downtown Denver (10 minute Lyft), Empower Field at Mile High (6 minute Lyft), Meow Wolf (10 minute Lyft), and most importantly, Casa Bonita (6 minute Lyft).
Getting around:
There's one private off street parking spot for this unit, but we are also located only one block to the nearest bus stop, or 5 minute drive to the nearest light rail station.
House Rules:
- House has quiet hours from 11 pm to 9am. This unit shares a wall with other sleeping quarters, so quiet time should be under about 35 decibels, normal whispered conversation.
- Only confirmed guests are allowed on the property - please make sure any guests are verified as well.
- Guests will be charged extra if the unit is left excessively dirty or linens are unable to be cleaned due to staining.
- No smoking of any kind in the property or anywhere near windows/doors. A $300 fine will be incurred if this rule is not followed for smoke smell mitigation and additional cleaning.

My place is within walking distance of many dispensaries, Sloans Lake, restaurants, Joy Ride Brewery, bars, and dining. You’ll love my place because it is pot friendly. No smoking cigarettes inside. Pot is legal in Colorado, so you may smell a faint odor of pot. My place is 23 minutes or 14 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 20 minutes or 13 miles from Dicks sporting goods Park, 7 miles from Coors Field, and 9 min or three miles to downtown Denver. Guests under 18 are not allowed.

There is a ceiling fan in the living room and other bedroom. When you are out, to cool keep the AC and fans on all day.

Stuart St has street cleaning once a month: on the third Wednesday, you cannot park on the east side (in front of this property). On the third Tuesday, you cannot park on the west side (opposite side of the street from this property). (There are clear signs on the street.) Owner will not be responsible for any tickets.
The property owners live on the main floor with one dog. The dog has access to the shared backyard; no other pets are allowed on the property.

This private guesthouse is the perfect home base for exploring Denver. The guesthouse has a private entrance, one bedroom, a kitchen, living room, a small bathroom, off street parking and a private patio area with umbrella.
Location is perfect -- we are within a short walk to many restaurants, breweries, and shops! We love our little neighborhood, but we also love that it is so easy and quick to get Downtown (~2 miles, 10 min by car) and other parts of Denver. Sloan's Lake nearby is a plus!
The space
There is only one bathroom in the house -- everything is updated, but it is a very small space (only big enough for one person to stand in it at a time). It’s not a luxury bathroom, but it’s totally functional.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, and pots/pans. We have done our best to stock the place with the necessities, but please let us know if there is anything you need! The outdoor patio comes equipped with a grill for cooking, a table with umbrella, a string of lights, and some outdoor chairs.
The living room has a TV with a Roku and a Netflix account you are welcome to use. We do not have cable tv/access to local channels. The couch is not a pull out bed, but it does recline on one side.

Guests will have complete access to the guesthouse and outdoor patio/small yard area. There is private parking off the alley directly next to the guesthouse or there is free on street parking on Lowell.

Our carriage house/detached 2nd floor guest house is brand new from the foundation up. We have built the space with our family in mind knowing that we plan on using it between hosting guests. It's a 648 sf, one bedroom apartment that works best for singles and couples. We have a modern, European inspired style and the apartment reflects that aesthetic. We have a spacious, open concept kitchen & living room area. We have stocked the kitchen with full size appliances and all of the cooking gear needed to prepare meals. Most guests will likely take advantage of the amazing restaurant options in our neighborhood and Downtown Denver, but should they need to cook, the place is set up for it. There is a high efficiency washer and dryer available upon request if guests need to wash clothes. The bathroom is built with high end finishes and stocked with fresh towels, soaps and other bathroom necessities. For sleeping arrangements, there is a queen size bed in the bedroom. We have a TV set up with DirectTV as well as free Wi-Fi.

Check-in time is 4pm and check- out time is 10am. Daily housekeeping is not included. If you have an extended stay with us, please let us know if you would like extra cleaning services provided. There are cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels etc. under the sink. There are also countless restaurants, breweries, cafes, shops, bars, and parks in the immediate area. Walk, Uber/Lyft, drive, or hop on an e-scooter or e-bike (there are many available to rent just steps from the property).
You will enjoy a comfortable stay in our newly renovated carriage house features a fully-equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, washer/dryer, and an amazing shared backyard with an outdoor patio with a hot tub and grill enclosed by a 6ft privacy fence.

The space
Roughly 400 sq feet of living space is divided up between 2 floors. Main floor has sofa, Smart TV with YouTubeTV access, kitchenette and 2 bar stools. Second floor has queen bed and bathroom with shower. Yard is gated with illuminated walking path to guest house in rear of the property.
Great location for concert goers at Empower Field, walk there and back with ease. If you're coming to a Nuggets / Avs game at Ball arena it's a 1.6 mile walk or a quick drive.
Parking for the guest house is on the street, and there are some watch-outs to be mindful of to avoid parking tickets and/or a car being towed:
1. Days when there are events at Empower Field / Mile High Stadium. There are a few spots available to park in and they tend to fill up in the morning.
2. From April - November on the 3rd Tuesday and Wednesday of the month the City of Denver performs street sweeping. On these days parking is available, but you'll need to be mindful of which side of the street you park on.
I'll help guide you with the parking situation, and am happy to answer any questions or concerns.
Low Ceilings:
The ceilings are about 7' on the main floor and angled on the 2nd floor, there's potential to hit your head if you're on the tall side.
Stairs:
There are stairs both leading up to the guest home and inside.
Heating & Cooling:
The guest house temperature is controlled via electric heaters in the fall and winter months, and an evaporative cooler in the spring and summer months.
Because the guest home has limited storage, it can only accommodate 1 person for stays of 28+ days.

The fully fenced private yard is no-maintenance and is pleasantly green all year around with artificial turf. Flowering plants will be added to the landscape once the threat of a freeze is past. This apartment has a small private fenced area but also shares a larger yard with the other unit. In the shared yard, there is a propane gas grill, utensils, a 4-person dining table, and outdoor lighting for enjoying meals al fresco. There is free laundry in a shared utility room only steps outside your back door. We supply enough Tide pods to get you started.
Your front door, garage door, and laundry door have coded locks that are private to you and changed after each guest. The Heat and A/C and the under-counter kitchen lights are controllable with apps on your phone. The overhead lights in the apartment offer 3 different light temperature options to help you set your environment just the way you like. We take care of all maintenance and utilities and are just a phone call away if you need anything. DISCOUNTED WEEKLY OR BI-WEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING IS AVAILABLE IF YOU DESIRE- just let us know.
Guest access
You have access to your apartment, your own garage, and the shared laundry/utility room which holds things you might use occasionally, e.g. ice salt, ironing board, iron, grill tools, and miscellaneous gear. The yard is shared with the other apartment, except for the small gated area that is for your use alone- it's a great place to let your pup enjoy the outside and is usually in the shade.

Dogs and Cats are welcome, but there are limitations and we MUST do a phone interview before we can agree to host your pets. Please do not arrive with a surprise pet. We will have to ask you to leave. We do charge an extra $100 per stay for any number of pets up to 3. This is to cover the extra cleaning required by our furry friends.

With off-street parking and located in a quiet neighborhood only a block from scenic Sloan's Lake, this peaceful private entrance basement studio apartment with a king bed is within walking distance of food and drink and central to Denver's popular locations.
Easily attend events at Empower Stadium only a mile away. All of Downtown Denver and other popular spots like Ball Arena and Pepsi Center are minutes away by car. Red Rocks Amphitheater is just 20 mins away by car.
The space
Once you arrive you can park in the front driveway. Next you’ll make your way through the gate on the left side of the house to the back courtyard where you'll find a stairway down from the patio to the private entrance for the guest suite. You'll self check-in via an electronic keypad door lock to enter into the suite.
Immediately upon entry you'll find the kitchenette complete with counter, sink, microwave, keurig, toaster, mini fridge (with small freezer), table, and chairs. A bit further in is the living room area complete with tv and reclining leather sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed along with a dresser and closet for your clothes. Down a short hallway is the bathroom with sink, mirror, toilet, and shower. Back outside you'll find the shared (with me and my dog) backyard/patio which you are free to use.
NOTE: Like most basement spaces in the area the ceilings aren't high so I wouldn't recommend the space for those over approx 6'1".

The front driveway is reserved for guests to park in. Bike/scooter ride share (Bird and Lyft) has become popular and are almost always available to rent within a few blocks. Lyft and Uber of course are both available in the area.
Other things to note
There is no air conditioning but being a basement apartment it stays naturally cooler during the summer and fans are provided for your use. Many guests have let me know that with windows open and using the fans during the hottest days of summer that they were happy. If you're very sensitive to summer please find somewhere else to stay.
Temperature during colder seasons can be adjusted by opening or closing vents. The basement apartment shares central heating with the rest of the house which is set to 70F from 8am-12am and 66F from 12am-8am during the winter. Happy to edit up or down a couple degrees, message me during the day.
The apartment is the basement of a 1950s home and while there has been a lot of soundproofing done I do live on the upper floor so you’ll likely hear light foot traffic and may hear distance voices. A white noise machine is provided to help mitigate any noise.
Ivy (my dog) is never allowed in the suite out of consideration for those with allergies. If you have issues with dogs please let me know and I'll try to check that you aren't using the backyard when I let her out. While my dog is friendly to humans she is large (greyhound).

The private furnished deck out your front door has total privacy and plenty of Denver sunshine. Four gooseneck lamps, custom built sofa, and a propane modern fire pit make this outdoor space super sexy at night - it’s amazing! The outdoor space also has a small bistro table and Weber gas grill. There is also a small section (8'x8') artificial turf.
The home is perfect for a couple, pets, or small family as well. If you need anything for kiddos (pack and play, high chair, toys, etc) we can provide them in advance for you.
The patio is fully fenced and surprisingly very private. If you are bringing your pup(s), we do kindly ask that they not use the small turf area and use the alley as much as possible. Thank you in advance!

My place is within walking distance to many dispensaries, Sloans Lake, restaurants, Joy Ride Brewery, bars and dining. No smoking cigarettes inside. My place is 23 minutes or 14 miles from Red Rocks amphitheater, 20 minutes or 13 miles from Dicks sporting goods Park, 11 min or 7 miles from Coors Field, 9 min or three miles to downtown Denver. Guests under 18 not allowed. Guests may opt out from participating in the 420 listing theme.

This is my part time home. I ripped out all of the the walls and started from an empty space. All new texture, floors, bathroom, kitchen, all new furniture.

Other things to note
Price includes all applicable taxes. Feel free to smoke pot outside most of the neighbors partake. The Air Conditioning is not super cooling. The AC is a portable unit in the living room that keeps the livingroom and kitchen as cool as you like. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and other bedroom and there is also a box fan. When you are out, to cool keep the AC and fans on all day.
