There’s cute/informational signs on how to operate and take full advantage of the technology they’ve installed (the cool night-light feature in the bathroom and the bidet with the toilet seat warmer). It was great not having to park on the street and instead we got to park in their driveway. Michael was very quick to respond prior to our arrival, and he took the time to briefly greet us when we arrived. The check in was easy and smooth and technically contactless, which was nice to be able to arrive whenever we wanted. The shower has an awesome rain head along with a normal shower head with great water pressure. We definitely recommend this place!"

The 2 twin beds worked great for my grown sons - one being nearly 6'. In the kitchen, there is everything you could need to cook with, except an oven. We weren't around for that to be a problem, and even if we had been there longer, we would have adjusted what we bought food-wise to be cooked with the air fryer, griddle, small stovetop. The family is above you, and you would hardly know it. They have dogs, which was the only indication that someone was upstairs. They were not a problem, ever, when we slept at night, and only made typical sounds you would expect during the day, but nothing obtrusive. They responded quickly to all inquiries of what is expected of you at check out and the Wi-Fi password."

Cozy Remodeled, well furnished: Main Level (2 Bedroom) Apartment next to DIA and a short drive to Downtown Denver. (This is a private Unit) This amazing vacation home is just what you will be looking for while visiting Colorado. Its a perfect little space for guest of 4 people or less and as always we are pet friendly.

No kitchen sink so I would recommend more access to drinkable water like maybe a water stand 5 gallon jug, we ran low on the water pitcher we had for 1 night and maybe a wash basin to put dirty cups and to rinse as well :). Welcome to Restless Farms! Nestled in the outskirts of Lafayette, Colorado our house combines modern amenities with a homesteading feel. My wife and I are into having an active, healthy lifestyle that enjoys the niceties and luxuries of our modern living and we try to have a home that reflects this.

We call our house "Restless Farm" because it is a nickname that a friend bestowed on us as we never sit still! Between trying to stay connected with our food source by working in our garden, running/biking in our neighborhood, climbing at local world-class areas, skiing big mountains, tearing up the local skate park with our kids, and fishing the many fisheries in the area, we are always on the go.

When it's happy hour time or want to spend an evening "out on the town" we are only 5 minutes from Downtown Lafayette, 10 minutes from Downtown Louisville, 20 minutes from Downtown Boulder and 30 minutes to Denver. Each community brings its own flare, the thing they all have in common are excellent restaurants, shops, and breweries. We feel we are creating our own little piece of magic here in Lafayette and we'd like to share it with you.

We have a bi-level house with 3 bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom and two kid's rooms are downstairs with two full bathrooms. The master and kid's rooms have queen size beds. There are three bathrooms, one upstairs and two downstairs. The two downstairs bathrooms have showers. The upstairs bathroom is a very convenient 1/2 bath. This is our personal house so you will see family photographs and personal items.

We are in the country and surrounded by acres of farms so this means we have lots of birds, squirrels, bunnies, the odd neighborhood cat every now and then and unfortunately, a mouse every now and then. I DO have quarterly pest control all throughout the year but I will make every effort to get rid of a mouse the minute you alert me. It comes with the territory.
In the summer, I ramp up pest control for wasps and mosquitos.
Along with the big beautiful trees that shade the yard, towards end of summer, beginning of fall, we get a month or two when box elder bugs come out. Again, all this gets treated with pest control. It's the give and take of nature.

Furnished with many handmade items, this home has an artful and unique aesthetic. Atop the visual charm is a focus on wellnes. You’ll love the mineral hot tub to wind down before bed or awaken with a dip in the cold plunge. Also recently opened is the red light grounding sauna and the once a shed gym. All the beds are of high quality. Book here if at the end of your stay you want to feel rejuvenated and energized. This is not a party house and quiet hours must be respected.

I love things crafted by humans and my home reflects that. Much of the furniture and decor was handmade in the wood-shop onsite. The kitchen is stocked with handmade pottery. I assure you there’s no place alike. I could speak more of it, but for the sake of brevity, I’ll let you notice the rest.

There’s a focus of wellness and restoration here. The saltwater magnesium hot tub, cold plunge, red light grounding sauna, and high quality mattresses with grounding sheets are aimed to help you feel tip top for whatever activities and adventures await you.

Also to note, the largest bedroom has a private shower (no toilet or sink).

Lastly, I stay on the property in a separate structure so we may bump into each other. I also walk by the hot tub to get to the back house so that is not completely private should that make a difference to you.

The cold plunge is set to 45 degrees F. If you desire it to be colder or warmer please inform me and I can change it. Also, if you’re new to cold plunging and would like a guided session please ask and I’ll be happy to assist if I am around.

When using the hot tub, remove the electrode hanging in the tub and put back in when finished. In conjunction with the salt, that is what sanitizes the water.

The red light sauna can be used until 9:30pm. The hot tub and cold plunge until 11pm.
