Our home is spacious and clean with decorated rooms to fit every style. It is comfortably furnished, and inviting! Our home has 2 large gathering spaces to accommodate our guests, 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen with dining area, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a deck with views of surrounding Mountains, access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.
Expect to find a supply of linens and toiletries in the bathrooms, and a basic supply of items in the kitchen cupboards.
There is an on demand hot water heater, a furnace to heat in the winter and central air conditioning to keep the space cool in the summer.
This is a split-level unit and this listing includes access to the top portion of the home. The bottom portion of the rental is rented separately.

Kitchen was well appointed, there is a sitting room as well as a living room with TV, which was nice for those who wanted to watch tv and those who just wanted to chat. The master was spacious with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub! The other bedrooms shared one bathroom, which worked fine for us. There’s a deck off the back door and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The area is quiet with a gas station/convenience store as you turn off the highway. There are others staying/living below, but that was not a bother to us at all. I thought the property only had 3 bedrooms but was pleasantly surprised to find four bedrooms upon arrival. We came in the spring a needed bug spray in the morning and at dusk, lots of mosquitoes so be aware of that. I would stay here again!"

Plenty of parking for our 7 vehicles/ATV trailers. The price of the 8 rooms also included access to a huge clubhouse/full kitchen (we had 16 people sitting around 1 large table playing cards and still used less than1/4 of the available space in the club house. We didn’t even use the second floor which is just as big as the main level!"

- "We loved our Family Reunion for 60 people at the Lodge. We took full advantage of the 2 Clubhouses, all the rooms in both Lodges. We found it clean, well stocked and very close to the Dinosaur National Monument. The ADA room was excellent for out 96 year old patriarch. - "#1 - If you're looking for a "luxury" place, that would be in Vernal, UT., not Dinosaur My assumption: this place was a hotel and it's being flipped into a VRBO by adding kitchens to the rooms. The work isn't done yet. There were cables/wires coming out of the walls, lights that weren't working, dirty floors, and the dishes in the kitchen all had a thick cover of dust. The room was supposed to have a/c, but it didn't, and that area gets very hot for much of the year. I called the mgr to ask about the a/c and they thought it had been installed. While I was in Dinosaur NP on day 2, someone came out and installed a window a/c in the kitchen, which was appreciated, but they left the kitchen counters and stove covered w/ dust and debris from their work. I knew where I was and I wasn't expecting luxury, but this place wasn't ready. That said, the mgr was receptive and helpful, and this place was far better than camping in the hot, dusty, and windy area that describes this entire part of the country."

Dinosaur is a great location and it's 5 minutes from the property to the CO side of the Dinosaur National Monument and less than 30 minutes from the UT side and the Dinosaur National Monument Quarry Visitor Center. There are full service gas stations, restaurants, cannabis dispensaries, as well as a convenience-store, liquor store, RV Park, and electric vehicle charging station in town just minutes down the road. There are several well known hiking trails within a short drive in every direction from the campsite.

The Space:

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Other Things to Note:
This specific campsite is well suited for using additional tents or parking your RV. Pulling in campers and motorhomes for parking behind the Tentrr site will be very easy. The property's back side does share a border with a working ranch. Direct year-round access to the property is off of HWY 40.

*Please note to always keep the entry gate closed when not actively entering or leaving the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.

If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your confirmation email. Your Tentrr Host is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). - "Booking and communication with Chris was excellent. Chris and his wife are friendly. Our expectations were based on the property description and pics, and we were excited. Upon arrival, though, we found the interior of the tent to be dirty (gunk in bucket for loo, mouse feces all over). Chris told us his wife would come to provide matches for the heater. The heater hadn’t worked, didn’t work, and was not fixed. Although we used warm sleeping bags, they weren’t enough for the cold night without a heater (heat was advertised). This is a beautiful location though, and the concept is awesome. Unfortunately, the prep for guests is not what we’d expect. Be wary, also, this site is approximately 100 yds off the road, but the truck traffic sounded like jetliners were going to land on the tent during the night."
