- "Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely home. Very clean and kitchen was nicely stocked. Host was very responsive as well and accommodating to our requests. AC was super cold especially down in basement area. The only cons..we wish there were darker curtains in the bedrooms during sleeping as that is what we are used to but not a big deal. Beds were very comfy also. Neighborhood was very nice and home is very close to Montrose Airport and other shopping areas/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Montrose. Our home is located next to the local drive-in movie theater. We have never had any complaints about noise or light from the theater. If there are cars lined up to get into the theater, just drive past and pull into the driveway. You do not have to wait in the traffic. Our property was exactly as described. An older home but most importantly it was clean, spacious and a great host. That is all I ever want in a property. It doesn't have central air like her other unit so the coolers were loud and running non stop but mainly because Montrose had record breaking temps the week we were there. That normally wouldn't be an issue since Montrose weather is normally perfect. Overall we were super pleased with our host and the property and very thankful for all the little touches she added to make the stay perfect. Thanks Toni!!!!"

It's also very CLEAN, which is wonderful. They have given careful consideration to the needs of their guests, and it is well appointed with the things you may need for a relaxing stay. Check in process was a breeze and they also send a helpful checklist for checking out. We don't get to Montrose often, but this will be our GO TO when we do! It is very private, with a long gravel driveway/road leading past a horse farm to get to it." - "Meredith's property was perfect for our family vacation to Colorado. It was a great central location to take our day trips from to Grand Junction, Ouray, and Telluride. It was also a great location for spending time at the Black Canyon National Park as it was only about 20 minutes from the South Rim Visitor Center. The house feels like you're on a ranch in the country with a few neighbors, but in reality you're about a mile from town, so its really convenient. She had stocked lots of extra kitchen essentials and bathroom essentials to help make your stay more like being at home. Everything was very clean and Meredith was very responsive to our questions we had during our stay. If we ever get back to this area, we will definitely stay here again!"

Montrose, though not big, is big enough that we had to drive vs. walk for restaurants, etc. And Montrose has a drive-in theatre that airs "fun" movies on Fri-Sun!"
