- "Our group of nine, including four children, were very comfortable staying here for a week. The house is split into two, with an apartment on each floor - this was perfect for our group, which had two families. The space was clean and had plenty of supplies for making coffee, basic cooking, shower, laundry, etc. Located in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood, very short walk to the subway station, so easy to get to other parts of the city. Not many restaurants in the area - we had to walk ~20 minutes to the Shinagawa or take the subway to Azabu-Juban to find an area with many restaurants. But there are convenience stores nearby, and a few grocery stores within a 10 minutes walk. Overall great location. The house can be difficult to find the first time (especially at night!), but the host sent a very helpful document with pictures to help find your way. I recommend using this document when you first check in!"

- "Very cute and comfortable. Loved that there was family mart and 7-eleven walking distance. Was a little hard to find since it was tucked away in a little street but a nice shop owner showed us where to go. There is only one train station even remotely close so you have to plan all your trips accordingly or you have to walk 15 minutes up a hill from the other station. Also note there is a fire station across the street, it isn’t super noisy but might wake you up if you’re a light sleeper."

Sleeplab never communicated how to access room and when we arrived, we had to look up phone numbers to call. Fortunately my wife is Japanese and can speak Japanese. All the phone numbers listed, no one answered. We ended up somehow contacting someone whom set up the website for this place and referred us to another number…but ultimately was never able to reach anyone whom could help us.
