They offered a complimentary upgrade to another room, which I accepted. However, had I known that the room I was assigned was actually a downgrade from the one I originally booked, I would not have accepted their offer. Overall it was a great stay except on the 4th night, we accidentally saw a cut toe nail in the lower level of the coffee table. None of us cut nails, guess it was a leftover from the previous tenant, so cleanliness was not thorough. Other areas to improve: (1) the fridge seemed to maintain at the room temperature while the freezer worked normal. My yogurt was ditched due to the abnormal fridge temperature. (2) the style of the slippers are durable type (not single use). Due to cut toe nail found, it made me wonder if and how the slippers are cleaned. The slippers are enclosed and not breathable.I would bring my own normally, but learnt that slippers are provided for, so didn’t this time. (3) because the accommodation is unmanned and no one would pick up any garbage during the entire stay, finding space in room to store or handle waste was a bit of hussle. (4) cooking utensils (condition quite used) can support simple cooking, but better with scissors. I would have given a 10 if these could be improved. "

No one will clean the room for you, even you stay for 3 days. Therefore, you will feel sad about it." - "I am from Hong Kong. After I book it, the hotel send me an email that I need to enter the customers name and parking places through VPN. However, Hong Kong(places outside Japan) cannot access the website to enter the information. The hotel don’t allow place outside Japan to access the information. This make me so inconvenient. There is no staff in the hotel and is all done by previous booking and AI. So you have no one to talk to. The house also no one to clean. The booking access and cleaning is something that not good enough. Luckily, the rooms floor is forever heated (we come in December and is cold) and the house when we first day enter is very clean. I think these 2 things is excellent. If you are not good at computer, you need staff to contact and to clean the room, you should not book this hotel. If you are good at computer and need not anyone to contact to or clean the room, then you are recommended to live in this hotel."
