(9) If you do not check out by 10:00 AM without prior notice, an extension fee of 1500 yen per hour will be charged.
(10) In case of lost keys, a fee of 10000 yen will be charged.
(11) If we are unable to clean the room due to the customer's convenience, we will charge either "an extension fee of 1500 yen per hour plus a cleaning cancellation fee of 4000 yen in total" or "the total price of one night's stay corresponding to the check-out date," whichever is lower.
(12) One set of futon bedding is provided for each bed. There are no extra futons beyond the number of beds.
(13) Detailed check-in instructions cannot be provided to guests with whom we cannot communicate or who have not submitted the necessary pre-arrival documents. Please understand in advance.
(14) In case of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the reason, we will follow Airbnb's cancellation policy and charge a cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding before making a reservation.
(15) After using the bath, please make sure to turn off the hot water heater's power. Leaving it on will activate the gas plug's safety device, causing the gas supply to stop and the gas appliances in the room to stop functioning.
(16) Late check-out is not possible. We need to clean and prepare the room for the next guest. Check-out time is until 10:00 AM. Additionally, we cannot store luggage after check-out.
(17) This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. We have a room in a residential apartment. Therefore, due to security reasons, we cannot provide check-in instructions to guests with whom we cannot communicate. Please understand in advance.
(18) There is a security camera installed by the management company at the building entrance.
