The house is in a great location only a couple minutes from mall/groceries. The only criticism we had was there is a large window in the king suite that didn’t have a covering. STRONG NO-PARTIES & LARGE GATHERINGS RULE:
We strictly enforce a policy against parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Any rule violation, unit damage, property disrespect, unreported extra guests, or parties will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking allowed indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $200 fine.

You'll receive a starter pack of laundry and dishwashing detergent, and one trash bag per bin.
1. GOVERNMENT ID: A list of all occupants & copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., driving license or passport) is required for each Adult guest staying with us within 48-72 hours of check-in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose. . No in person verification will be accepted. NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval. Guests with no ID or not on the list, cannot check in. We do not allow unregistered or unpaid for guests on the property at any time. If you bring extra people, we reserve the right to have those people leave or terminate the reservation immediately without refund. There will also be a $100 charge per guest/day for unregistered guests. 2.OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Occupancy is limited to four guests per apartment (i.e., two guests in each-bedroom, two guests may use some sleeper if available in your home.. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. Guests may only sleep on the beds for hygiene reasons. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 10:00 PM. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. 3.QUIET HOURS are from 10PM-8AM This property is suitable for small gatherings or events with approval. The reservation will be subject to immediate termination without a refund. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to a $500 security visit fee and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. We use a decibel-monitoring device from Noise Minut to ensure 100% privacy-compliance. No gatherings or loud noises outside of the home/apartment hallway at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. If the police is called for a disturbance, then the fee of $500 applies. 4.CAMERA DEVICES: Tampering Or breaking the outside CAMERA in *any* way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. 5. ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping or pets inside of the home. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping or a pet is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. 6. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. A violation fee of $150 will apply if door is left open or unlocked at any time. You are responsible for the property during the time of your reservation. 7. LATE CHECKOUTS: Checkout time is 10:00 AM. On rare occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, but this requires written email permission from host and can usually only be confirmed on the day of arrival / departure. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean. If unauthorized checkout is later than 12:00 PM, an extra $200 fee per hour will be charged in addition to any charges that may have impacted the following booking.

Also only 30 mins away from Downtown Chicago. This 3 bedroom house has a 2 car attached garage with private entry and a decent size backyard. Very spacious and clean. 2200 SF beautiful home, including finished basement with two car garage. Very close to expressway 355 and I55. This property has 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Master suite has a king bed, the other three bedrooms come with queen beds, and 1 air mattresses available upon request. 1st Floor has a full bathroom. Plenty of Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, appliances, anything you could possibly want in a kitchen, including spices! Children friendly & lots of technology!

Beautiful home, with 2 car garage access. Driveway also has a parking pad, so 3 more vehicles can fit comfortably. Total of 5 parking spaces on property, with plenty of street parking. The home was built in 2002, so it presents an open concept, with 4 nice sized rooms. Basement has 5 theater seats, which recline and are super comfortable! - "The carpet was very dirty with big spots, we did not feel comfortable walking without something on our feet. The couch sunk in the middle when seated. The kitchen had old pots that were scratched inside and faded on outside. Limited cooking utensils. There were no dish towels or oven mitts to handle hot pots and pans. The bathroom in hallways upstairs ran constantly. The mattress on the king size bed in the MB slept horribly because it was old and you could fill the wire coils when you sit and slept on the bed. The shower in the MB barely flowed. The air conditioner would not cool the upstairs. The bedroom across from the hallway bathroom upstairs would stick when opening and closing. Water was added to all the equate hand soap, all you really got was water when trying to wash your hands. We travel at least five times a year for business and this property was the worst we ever experienced. I do feel if changes are made that it would be a nice place to stay. The neighborhood was very nice. I feel if homes are being put other for other people to pay, especially the price being asked that it should measure up to were ones feel at home and can relax and sleep well during their stay."
