The space
This is our family home, going back to our great-grandfather and recently remodeled. There is an onsite caretaker available 24x7, who cleans and maintains the place.

Originally constructed 100+ years ago and remodeled 10 years ago, the 2 wooden pillars in we have retained the 100+ year old pillars from the original house. The main entrance door is also part of the original home.

This is a typical village home.
- LIVING ROOM: The living room has 14 feet ceilings and opens into a modern kitchen.
- KITCHEN: The kitchen leads to the rear garden and small courtyard.
- BEDROOM 1: The first bedroom is on ground floor can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 small children.
- BATHROOM 1: A modern bathroom with hot water and shower on the ground floor.
- BEDROOM 2: The 2nd bedroom is on the first floor with an attached bathroom. This bedroom opens into a spacious terrace.
- TERRACE: You can have your morning coffee watching sunrise and enjoy the stars in the evening.
- GARDEN: The ground floor has a garden in the rear, with lemon and guava trees. It opens out to farmland

Morning Coffee & Tea: Coffee and Tea will be made by the care taker.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner: You can order vegetarian food from Trichy Cafe. Place your order the previous day and it will be delivered on time the next day. When you book the property, we will also inform the cafe to expect your call. Cafe contact number will be available in the property.

STORE/ MARKET: A small general purpose store (kirana/ pottikadai) 50m from the house to purchase basics.
Supermarket is within 500m.
