The bed was comfortable but if you wanted to use the sofa you would have to lift the bed into a wallspace. We didn't bother with that. There is no balcony as was stated in the description. The one drawback was a persistent vile drain smell from the drains in the bathroom - tried running water etc but the smell would fade and then return. It was also slightly odd having to pick up the keys from a kebab restaurant two or three streets away. The swimming pool won the roof was not available - but we were there in February."
