The air-conditioning in the big rooms were also not very adequate. The channels available on the cable tv was shockingly minimalistic. If you have family members that have difficulty climbing stairs, this villa might not be suitable for you. We thought we could use the single-occupancy room on the ground floor, but the room wasn't air-conditioned."

- "Very clean rooms and comfortable. A full size mirror would help guests a lot, nothing major but just a recommendation. Everything went smoothly and cozy. I'm disappointed that the mgt was not thoughtful enough to make the right arrangement or even cancel our booking in a courteous and responsible manner instead of just telling me that all rooms are booked and the sound will usually stopped after 3am etc....etc I'm afraid this speaks a lot on their professionalism in hospitality. Hope this helps others in the future to avoid room no 69 and I hope the mgt could improve on this as it's a pity given the fact that it's a great location and the facilities are reasonably good."

- "Would stay again " - "Short walk to gurney plaza. Convenient location. Also close to bus stop that heads to town. Clean comfortable room with ample space for luggage.
