Palazzo Pia is situated in a little historical village “Borgo Maggiore” under Monte Titano in San Marino, close to our house(300 mt. ) there is cable way to the historical center of San Marino . Or by walk there is an ancient road inside the wood to reach San Marino or by car just 5 minutes …

The space
The apartment has two bedrooms, a large room furnished with a double bed, two nightstands and a large closet.
The other, smaller, consists of two single beds, a nightstand and a functional and organized wardrobe.
In the living room, there is a sofa bed that opens to become a double bed.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are of course included for all three accommodations.

When you arrive, you will find the beds made and ready to use, except for the sofa bed.

As for personal hygiene, the house has two bathrooms:
one adjacent to the double bedroom and near the living room, is spacious and bright, equipped with all bathroom fixtures and heated towel rack, without shower or tub.
The other, located inside the smaller bedroom, is equipped with all bathroom fixtures, plus a Jacuzzi shower and a tub with door and seat.
Each sink has its own mirror, and both bathrooms have a window.
There will be a set of three towels per person (consisting of a large shower towel, a medium-large face towel, and a guest towel).
Toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel are included.

The kitchen is independent,
but communicating with the living room through a door, which you can choose to keep open or closed.
It is not very large but compact and equipped with everything, including a table and 2 chairs.
There is a dishwasher, a sink with double basin, one small, the other medium, a 4-burner gas cooktop with built-in oven and a fridge plus freezer.
The most essential utensils are available in the cabinets: pots with lids of various sizes, pans and saucepans, milk warmer, colander, salad washer with centrifuge, grater.
Dishes and glasses are of course available for use, as are flatware (forks, knives, spoons and teaspoons), as well as a nutcracker and bottle opener.
In the cabinet, you will also find breakfast cups and coffee cups. For lovers of good wine, there are also 4 glasses.
American placemats, paper towels, a roll of paper towels, a dish towel and two potholders will be available.
In addition to this, we think it may be pleasing and convenient for you to find basic ingredients such as coffee, sugar, salt and oil already in the pantry.
And speaking of coffee... that, here,
is still made strictly in the old and traditional way, with the moka! In the morning, that unique and unmistakable scent cannot be missing, it warms the awakening and makes you feel at home!
You will also find dishwasher tablets, liquid dish soap and a sponge (new and sealed) for your dishes.

And we are in the last room of the house, the living room, where there is a three-seater sofa, a round table that opens up to comfortably accommodate six people and of course a TV.
There's no WiFi. Fireplace use is not permitted for safety reasons and lack of carbon monoxide detectors.

The house has a separate entrance and is on the raised ground floor. It consists of a private gate, for your exclusive use and from which you can access the small flight of stairs that leads to the entrance door, located on a small terrace/veranda.
The parking space is private, uncovered and there are two of them. One is right next to your entrance, the second on the other side.
