Unfortunately, we encountered one problem in the bathroom. The refuse was leaking in from the bathroom next door which was certainly a very unpleasant experience. When we complained about this, the hotel front desk staff immediately shifted us to another room which was next door. The staff not only apologized several times for our inconvenience but they also made sure that we got shifted to another room immediately. All in all, we had a very nice stay."

The bed will accommodate one adult comfortably, in case of urgent requirement two person can be accommodated. A dressing table and an almirah for wardrobe is provided.

Hot and cold drinking water would be provided on request/mineral water is also available after payment of actual cost. Provisions for making tea or coffee including the cooking gas along with Tea / Coffee, Milk, Sugar Sachets would also be available. The location is very near from Jadavpur 8B, Jadavpur University, Baghajatin bus stand , Jadavpur Railway station, KPC hospital, South City Mall and Santoshpur. The Baghajatin-Jadavpur main road is just 300mts from the place having close proximity to daily needs market ,shops, food joints & ATMs.

The space
This is a homestay, it's a fully private 1Bhk, part of a residential building I am hosting. The room is Non AC.
Few things to note that this is not a commercial hotel hence facilities like 24hrs room service is not available, there is a caretaker for the room but he will be available at a specified time.
The room is well maintained and cleaned in regular basis , hence we expect our guests to keep the place clean and tidy.
We also have food delivery service with delicious home cooked food with options of veg and non veg for lunch and dinner. You can avail this during the stay in cheaper rates.

Guest access
Rooms are spacious with good air circulation and sunlight. Drinking water is provided. You can access the roof if you want to dry clothes. There are several utility shops, medical stores, eateries, tea shops and food joints are available nearby within walking distance. Food home delivery service is also available at a cheaper rates providing veg and non veg options for lunch and dinner.
Tea maker is provided for making tea or coffee only. There is separate utility area inside for washing plates, utensils and keeping miscellaneous items

Other things to note
The place is ideal for short stays as well as long stays. This is ideal for bachelors, solo travellers, students, married couples and families. The area is safe and secure being located in posh neighborhood having well lit roads and without any external disturbances. Partying, boozing , large gathering, any kind of celebrations or loud music is strictly prohibited inside the room or near the premises of the building. Its the responsibility of the guests to maintain peaceful environment and avoid any kind of chaos as there are other residents in the building. Unnecessary chaos or personal fights will not be entertained. If there is any violation of rules or if it is found the guest is creating any kind of nuisance which is disturbing the neighborhood, they will be asked to leave.
