The spacious living and dining room (approx. 30 m²) with its panoramic window offers an unobstructed view of the Garmisch mountain backdrop from the sofa. You also have two ski resorts on the doorstep: the Zugspitze and the classic ski area in Garmisch-Partenkirchen - Kreueck- and Osterfelder web or Hausbergbahn. Both ski areas can be reached from our apartment in 10 minutes by car.

For mountain bikers and cyclists are offering alpine trails or paved bike trails with small slope at around the Wettersteingebirge.

You can reach Untergrainau (center) from our apartment is a 15-minute walk through a meadow land, which leads to a small brook, or by car in 2 minutes.

From the living room of our apartment looks out the green oasis of the "Huber Park" below the Waxensteine, on the north side one can enjoy the view of the Kramer Mountains.

Right on - and around - our apartment are numerous hiking paths, an ideal starting point for hikers, mountain bikers, skiers and skiers.

A bus stop is located about 200 meters from the house in all directions, the Untergrainau train station is nearby.

In a discount store market or a supermarket next door exclusive and a beverage market gives you everything you need for your daily needs. In 2 minutes by car towards Garmisch or easily accessible by bus (1 stop). The bus stop is located directly at the shopping center.

A restaurant can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment on foot, in the center of Grainau They have a wide range of culinary restaurants and find all the other shops such as bakers, butchers, hairdressers and many shops.

The center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is 10 minutes away by car, and the endless recreational activities throughout the region.

- "The apartment is roomy and super clean. Great for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen has most you'll need and the store to get your food is just a few miles away. The smaller refrigerator is deeper and bigger than it looks. Has a extra drawer for added space. Beds are comfortable and you do have a safe if you feel it's needed. The location is beautiful.On a small quite street that adds to the privacy. The balconies are great. We sat on it every night and watched the sun shine on the mountains in the evening. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. If we could come back to the area, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.Overall highly recommend."

Our mobile homes are located in the back of the campsite - in a quiet location, right on the Loisach. They are designed in an ecological wooden frame construction and as a low-energy house.

The terrace leads directly into the living and dining area with a modern, open kitchen. Adjacent to one side is a separate bedroom (lying area 1.90m by 1.60m), opposite the bathroom. In the living room there is a second sleeping possibility on the gallery (1.80m by 1.30m). This is made possible by a loft-like ceiling height of almost 3 meters - a unique living experience in nature!

The furnishings consist of high-quality fittings and furniture, and of course a gas fireplace ensures cozy winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and dishes.
