Budget stay with good space!

My house is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area and just a 10 mins drive from the centre of the city and a 5 mins walk to the market. It is an annexe hence there is separate entry and privacy is assured. It is open to a spacious terrace with outdoor fireplace. Both the rooms are attached with bathroom and private balcony.

There are 2 bakeries and few local tea stalls (for local cuisine) nearby

The entire floor of over 2500sq ft is at the disposal of guests, with a separate entry , you are very much on your own , of course I am available one floor below for any queries.There are desks in each room and a dining sets (extra)in the enclosed balcony where one can work if the need arise. Wifi is available too .The kitchen is well equipped with basic amenities to prepare meals, there is 24hrs running water, geysers in all bathrooms and kitchen, power back ups.Also help is available to maintain cleanliness of space.

The floor (2nd floor) is at the disposal of guests . They walk up to 2nd floor,enter the wrought iron gate, to a spacious front balcony,(east side)enter the flat through the main wooden door to a spacious living cum dining area. One bedroom is located alongside the living area ( north side) on your right , followed by the kitchen then a small area for sitting and the 2 bedrooms are located on either side of this sit out area. The huge enclosed balcony is at the back (west side) offering an uninterrupted vista of the hills, airport and upcoming rail lines.

I make it a point to welcome guests or appoint someone if I am indisposed. I make it a point to describe the facilities offered and make them feel comfortable

The taxi stand is few meters away, there are several grocery stores nearby.The kitchen of Desi Choka is located in the same premises which makes the best Biryani and Indian dishes in Aizawl, whereby one can place order if not inclined to cook.Oh forgot to mention there is washing machine too installed for guests .

Our little homestay is located in the centre of Aizawl City with the main market and all the famous restaurants, bakeries, and shopping places within walking distance. The rooms are located on the second floor- above the din of noise on the street- with a spectacular view of the city from the balcony to boot. We serve a hearty breakfast to our guests in the morning and ensure their good night's sleep with the coziest of beddings and a noise-curfew after 10 p.m.

Great view to nature on one side and typical Aizawl building view on the other. Close to airport and not far from city center like Chanmari, Zarkawt etc. It have two sides balconies where you can sip coffee/tea and enjoy the moment.

There is 2 bedrooms double bed in each, well lit and clean and each have fan for hot days, there are also shelves where you can store and hang clothes.
