The biggest draw is the beautiful view of Shoal Bay across the flowery yard from each of the four units. The beach is a short walk down a path through two tunnels of trees. The reward is a perfect sugar-sand beach before an ocean varying from turquoise to emerald and darker farther. Few were competing for the sand in April. A handful of restaurants offer beach chairs and umbrellas for $10 -- or free if you're eating grilled snapper, shrimp kebab or barbecue chicken. Gwen's Reggae Grill at the other end of Shoal Bay has live music. This is the other end of the island from the more commercial areas of Mead Bay or Rendezvous Bay, but the island is only 13 miles long and 3 miles wide, so Blanchard's Beach Shack and Valley Bake Shop are a short drive away."

Second, it is located in a peaceful spot above Crocus Bay. We loved watching the yachts and sailboats come into Crocus Bay everyday. We spent most afternoons lounging by the wonderful heated pool. It was such a nice way to spend the afternoon. As others have said, they have the most comfortable outdoor furniture! The Master Bedrooms are perfect for two couples or a family. You don't have to fight over who gets the better room because they are both beautiful. Just make sure you are close with those you are traveling with as the bathrooms in the master bedrooms are very open!!! The landscaping of the property is coming along and as it grows it will be even more beautiful and lush. Finally, the housekeeper and staff at Tranquil Villa Management did an excellent job taking care of the house and us. Everything was just so easy! We think that the location of Oceana is a great spot for the first time traveler to Anguilla. You are in the middle of everything and nothing is more than 10 minutes away. Highly Recommended!!!"

Our first time to Anguilla and Villa Mirabelle made it perfect" - "My family (husband and 4 kids aged 3, 7, 9, and 11) just returned from a beautiful stay at Villa Bellamare and we already want to go back! It is all open -air concept/layout which was just beautiful - with the AC units in the rooms keeping us nice and cool at night. Despite the open air concept, it was incredibly clean and there were hardly ever any bugs or ants - thanks in large part no doubt to Nadia and the daily housekeeping. We loved the outdoor shower and baths. One of the only suggestions I would make would be for a hose/water source close to the beach to rinse of sand - we would make the kids walk to rinse off in outdoor shower before jumping in pool but i'm sure there were some sandy pool jumps! We LOVEDDD the proximity to shoal bay east and walked their almost daily - other days would explore the other beautiful beaches - but we loved rotating lunches at Gwen's and Ola's. Kelita was incredibly responsive and helped set us up with a photographer to take family beach photos and it was seamless. She was also happy to set up babysitting and a chef but we opted against it and enjoyed all the local restaurants (aritsan pizza was a family fave and so close!) I don't want to share this piece of paradise with anyone! thanks for a great stay"

Shoal Bay Coastal Sanctuary is located directly on the coast with beautiful unobstructed views of the sea. It's a gracious two story home of 3 bedrooms and 3 attached full bathrooms--the lower level is comprised of two bedrooms on either side of an open plan kitchen / dining room / living room arrangement with the master penthouse bedroom on the upper level--all rooms face onto the Caribbean sea and overlook the fresh water pool that extends beyond the covered patio...all rooms are fully screened and air conditioned and graciously decorated in a Caribbean motif.

The space
Shoal Bay Coastal Sanctuary is a very short hop to Shoal Bay Beach (less than a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) whereby the beach has a number of "hidden" access points that can be easily reached from the home and will be detailed upon your arrival--Shoal Bay Beach is famous not only for its sand and water quality and abundant snorkeling opportunities, but also for its upscale hotels / friendly beach bars / causal and gourmet restaurants...as such you're close enough to it all to enjoy it while being far enough away from it all not to be bothered by any of it.

Guests have unencumbered use of the entire home whereby the home is solely for use of guests who book together--there is no "sharing" with anyone other than those in your party.

- "Scott was a friendly, responsive and very helpful host. The house had a great layout, three spacious bedrooms each with their own ensuite. The kitchen had new appliances, including a wine fridge, and was well-equipped. The infinity pool looked out over a vast expanse of ocean and was serene and inviting. We spent a lot of time on the shaded patio that ran the length of the house -- reading, listening to music and just taking in the views. It was unusually windy when we were there but this was true all over the Caribbean this year. The upside? No bugs. I never had to wear bug spray once. Shoal Beach is very close so you can walk (about 15 minutes) or drive (about 3 minutes). We had a great dinner at Zemi Beach House, listened to music at Gwens, and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Hibernia. Great value and a beautiful place to stay. We even created a cocktail we dubbed "Kuhl Breeze" (frozen watermelon, frozen banana, coconut milk, rum or vodka and a bit of pineapple). Thank you Scott for your hospitality!!"

Clearview Villas offers two separate units. The upstairs, which features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths sleeps up to 8. There are 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and en suite baths, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 room with 2 twin beds. All rooms are colorfully decorated and are equipped with ceiling fans as well as Air conditioning. In addition to the rooms, this 3000 sq. ft. unit has a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views from the living/dining area and feel the breeze that flows through the windows!! The kitchen is generously equipped for the vacationer who likes to entertain at home, yet the island also offers some exquisite restaurants for those who desire to dine out!

The downstairs unit is a bit smaller featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping up to 6. The master bedroom like the upstairs, offers a king size bed and en suite bath. There is also a day/trundle bed in the master that would be perfect for families or friends who are traveling together and need the extra sleeping space. In addition to this, there is another bedroom with a queen size bed and another full bath on the ocean side of the house… the kitchen/dining/living room downstairs is cozy, casual, and comfortably decorated.

- "Location is great, close to amazing pizza and best croissants EVER. View is of course perfect, snorkeling off the rocks was good just be careful as the rocks are sharp!! Of course be mindful of sea urchins as well. Driveway is quite steep so be prepared lol. Only downsides and I do mean the only ones are super firm pillows ( maybe pack your own ?) and the hall bathrooms smells musty so we opted to not use it. The staff was very helpful and our trip was perfection we can’t wait to Come back! ( we were on the second floor of the villa)"

Three Dolphins is an elegantly furnished estate on the British West Indies Isle of Anguilla and provides a private luxurious escape for families, couples and friends alike. Purchased by its' current owners, Lisa & Steve in 2017, Three Dolphins has undergone numerous upgrades over the years including the most recent renovation begun in September 2024 and completed in March 2025.

Overlooking its own secluded small strand of white sand beach, Three Dolphins has breathtaking views of the neighboring islands of St. Maarten, St. Bart's and Saba. The Villa offers a totally equipped enclave for a family or small group holiday.

Three Dolphins is truly a luxurious and beautifully appointed villa. The property is comprised of the Main House, with three air-conditioned bedrooms suites, living and dining rooms, and office / TV Room all fully open to the outdoor decks and terraces through wooden louvered doors. Two air-conditioned bedroom suites in the Cabana complete the accommodation.

An adjacent Gourmet Kitchen, with windows and doors that connect with the outdoor dining area, can be used to prepare simple Al Fresco meals or a multi course catered dining event. Outdoor decks with ample seating surround the ocean front 50X15 foot saltwater pool including a new covered Gazebo.

Three Dolphins is positioned on a small beach in front of the villa, with easy gate access from the front of the property. Watch friends and family snorkel from the over-beach wooden deck or the upper level bedroom balconies or relax on one of the many breeze cooled verandas.

The villa is maintained by a Team who have been with the villa for years, and together they ensure that our guest's needs are consistently provided for. - "We had an amazing time staying at the 3Ds. This is the best vacation I have ever had. Rita, the property manager, is amazing. She contacted us a week before we arrived and she gathered a grocery list and menu for the night of our arrival. She met us at the Ferry and helped us track down lost luggage, she made an amazing meal the first night, stocked our fridge and had hot Johnny cakes waiting for us upon our arrival. Rita made us breakfast and a seafood meal as well that were both amazing. She also booked us a waterfront view table at Pimms. Kathleen and Sally welcomed us the first night and showed up at exactly the same time every day to clean the house from top to bottom. All 3 are extremely wonderful, lovely people who we loved being around. The gardener Hyson gave us a tour of the grounds and cut open a coconut for us to enjoy with his machete. The house is amazing, we spent all of our time on the patio, we watched a DVD movie each night selected from a well stocked library. The grounds are amazing and the view is unbelievable, the pictures do not do it justice. The island and the people are amazing. We will definitely be back. Lockrum Point Villa was designed to provide our guests with their own personal havens, with two large primary suites both with king beds on the top floor. On the first floor is one bedroom with two twin sized beds and another large bedroom with a king bed. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, hair dryer, spa bath robes and slippers, Caribbean Sea views and air conditioning.

The great room has 25-foot ceilings with two ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The kitchen has quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The outdoor space is fantastic and gives you the ideal place for entertaining. A private pool (20 X 15) gives you and your family/guests the perfect spot to lounge during the day. Also, our signature feature is a gazebo at the point of Lockrum Bay. It is perched on the coral rock over the sea, and is a great spot where you can sip cocktails or tea with friends, watch the sunrise or snooze during the day in a hammock.

We are within minutes of the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal and you can watch the ferry arrive and depart from the deck. Our concierge will meet you at the Terminal or Airport and escort you to the villa. If you are looking for a car to rent, you may rent one directly at the terminal or we can arrange to have a car delivered to the villa.

The island is easy to navigate and with 33 beaches, some voted best in the world, you will want the ability to explore them.

The Villa comes with a gourmet kitchen with Subzero appliances including a wine fridge, a large living room, a large deck and new swimming pool. Also, the entire villa has central air which is not common in Anguilla.

The main level has a large open living and dinning room with floor to ceiling windows on the front and back of the villa. So even as you approach the villa, you can look through to the ocean and St. Martin. The floors are a beautiful travertine and run throughout the villa. There is a small book library that you can borrow from. The kitchen is conveniently located next to the dinning room. There is a powder room located next to the kitchen. A large Bedroom is located on this floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom for any guests that do not want to navigate stairs. Large Closets give you plenty of space for storage.

On the second level there are 4 more bedrooms. All have the same amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows of the sea and St. Martin. At night, the moon shines on the water and the twinkling lights of St. Martin make for a serene and calming view. Each bedroom comes with a private ensuite bathroom and large closets. The mattresses are the same as you will find in the most upscale hotels. There are two master suite with King Beds and walk in closets. The west master has a balcony that you can sit out in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee as you begin your day in paradise. The other two bedrooms have queen beds, large closets and ensuite bathrooms with double vanity sinks.

But let's face it, your here for the sun, beach and wonderful weather. Outside we have a large deck where you can sit and have breakfast, relax on a sofa or gently swing on a daybed and soak in the magic of Anguilla. When it comes to getting wet, we have a lot of options. First a small, shallow kiddie pool is available if you have any little ones that came along with you. We have a spa that can be heated with jets to relax you. Our pool is new and large. Overlooking the sea, you can swim laps or just lay in the golden sun. And finally, there is a small footpath to a small secluded beach that you can take a dip in the shallow water of Pelican Bay.

We have all the pool amenities that you would want, along with snorkeling gear to take to any beaches you explore. There is also an outdoor ping pong table and corn hole games if you want to be more active.

- "Architecturally, you may not get any better than this oceanside house just a few yards off a rocky beach. Spectacular views back toward St. Martin. Mars (property manager), Candis and Peter were outstanding in support, as was Properties in Paradise for concierge support for things like activities, private chefs, arranging ferry transport. The house was clean, tastefully furnished and truly is the best possible setup for a waterfront view house. The only two drawbacks are that the tap water isn't potable (you will need to buy a lot of drinking water) and the house is out of the way down a bumpy dirt road with nothing in walking distance. Blowing Point isn't a great tourist spot. But Anguilla is a small island, so if you're comfortable sampling the beaches and activities from a spectacular central spot, this is it."
