- "We could not fault this small Ottoman mansion hotel. The location was very central for the Bazaar and cast which was closed! The rooms were recently, sympathetically renovated with excellent modern showerrooms. The good Turkish breakfast was served indoors or in the courtyard. There was tea available all day and night. Coffee was available whenever we asked. There was 24 hour reception. An excellent restaurant with music and alcohol a short walk away. Anyone who knows this region will know how unusual that is!!! I will definitely be back to the hotel and the restaurant. "

- "My first impression was very bad. I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. I asked for another one, and it was a little bit better, but there was no Wi-Fi there. All this time someone had to be carrying my luggage from one building to another because actually the hotel is about three or four different buildings. It is advertised on one other site, but under a different name, so it was confusing to find it because when I asked about it, no one recognized the name, because generally, it goes by the name on the rival site. I felt like it was bait and switch. I have to say, though, the management was very good about showing me one room after another until I was finally satisfied, although I never did find the room that was in the picture that I had originally really liked. After that, the experience was great, I was finally given Wi-Fi and could apologize and say I wish we had been able to communicate from the beginning so many misunderstandings would not have taken place. I don’t know why it seemed so difficult for them just to give me a password and reception , so that I would feel comfortable telling them my needs. The area was amazingly beautiful. Our mansion was built in 1920 and is located in the historical building we restored in 2021 and is furnished in accordance with the historical texture.

Our house is a duplex and entrance is made from the 1st floor. There is a bedroom on the lower floor and there is a kitchenette, mini bathroom and cot on the upper floor.

The space
There are 3 independent apartments in our mansion. The courtyard is a communal area. Our apartments are heated with a central system and each apartment also has air conditioning.

🛒 Our house is self-service based and does not offer hotel service. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, mini fridge and kettle. Also basic kitchen equipment such as plates, forks, knives and pots are available. The washing machine is available; however, detergent and softener are not provided. The ingredients used in the preparation of food and drinks (tea, sugar, salt, oil, Turkish coffee, etc.) are required for our guests to provide themselves.

We provide one towel and one face towel per person 🧻in the bathroom. There is shampoo in our bathroom and hand soap and toilet paper in our sink. During your stay you can visit the nearest supermarket for additional needs.

🧹 Cleaning Service: The accommodation fee does not include daily cleaning service. Before the check-in, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and checked by our staff about cleaning. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the apartment. Intermediate cleaning services can be requested for an additional cost.

🗑 Trash Disposal: You need to leave all your garbage in the garbage containers outside the building.

🔑 Check-in Information: You can go directly to the apartment. There are no physical keys - check in with the door code.

❌ Late Check-Out: Unfortunately, we are unable to allow a late check-out. A penalty fee of $200 will be requested through Airbnb if the check-out time is not respected.
