The space
A 35,000 m2 property with 3 houses and a total of 12 rooms, accommodating up to 40 people.
From September 12 to June 5, the price includes two houses for a maximum of 25 people. Each additional person would pay €30 person/day, and from 30 people the group would have the Villa's 3 houses.

The property is rented by the week in high season and by the day in mid and low season. Check-ins and check-outs are normally on Saturdays. For shorter stays, a prior request is required.

Other things to note
The owner will ask for €30 in cash per person as a deposit that will be returned upon departure after the facilities have been checked.
