- "Our suite was on the top floor with a great view of the Charlotte Motor Speedway among other places. The complimentary happy hour and breakfasts were amazing. Our check in process was easy and so pleasant. The front desk staff and kitchen staff all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I ordered the premier package and I’m so happy I did. The only negative of the property was the small selection of channels and lack of streaming capabilities. It was a nice home away from home."

- "This was our first trip to GWL and we had a blast! Customer Service was impeccable and the lodge was so clean! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a resort! " - "Stay was good. If you have little kids. Watch out for kids in the kid area pool and the adults. Because they don’t care to push you out of the or your kid. So the life guard should be watching for stuff like that also. Pillow in rooms definitely could be more comfortable. Not sure if it was just our room or others. But we have no soap in the shower. Restaurants are a little pricey except for Dunkin Donuts. "
