Each day felt like another day in paradise. The all-inclusive meals were terrific, with great variety, and the pool and beach facilities were first-rate. We never had a problem finding chairs at the pool or beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Alejandro made sure we had the dinner reservations we needed (two of the many restaurants require reservations) and solved any of the little problems that cropped up during the week. He also nicely prepared our daughter's room for her birthday, with festive balloons. Although you can book various activities around Punta Cana, we were happy to just hang out at the resort and enjoy the facilities most days. Various family members played tennis, volleyball, ping pong, and basketball. There was always a band playing in the courtyard in the evening, followed by a stage show. The stage performers seem like they travel the local resort circuit, with mixed quality but always good-natured and energetic. We will go back. "

The package is relatively expensive and everything was top notch and the only thing that can be improved is food options. The buffet food was great with multiple stations to prepare warm food for you but overall despite multiple restaurants, I feel fine dining is missing and there is only one restaurant that caters to folks at the beach and pool and waiters seemed overwhelmed. Staff are friends and helpful but their English is not great. We were at the resort for the new year and they had a great ceremony with music, champagne and fireworks. He, and the rest of the staff were there for us with any request, any recommendation, and anything to make our stay more fun and relaxing. The wellness aspect of the resort is what resonated the most with the 5 of us- we brought our 3 teenagers with us, and they loved every second of it. the food was incredible, mixing various fare from around the world each night in beautiful restaurants. Our food servers and staff (Maria (manager), Millennia, Johanna, Elvis, and Manuel served with care and excellence, and always with a smile (and well placed jokes) that made us feel so comfortable and cared for. The villa we had was out of this world- and if a minor issue popped up, someone was there in minutes to take care of it. We will be returning to Zoetry properties around the world, and Zoetry Punta Cana will definitely be a return visit. This vacation brought our family together, and we will never forget all of the days on the beach in the ocean, in the pools (especially the swim-up bar), the many activities and fun adventures that were offered every day. We did not participate in the many excursions, as they were expensive, and honestly, we didn't need to leave the property with everything they offer. 5-star!!!"

- "Visited this property on Jan 4th for a 3 night stay with my husband for out 2 year anniversary . We tried the uniques experience and let me say I was blown away!!! It’s my first time trying an all inclusive hotel. We were assigned a private butler Jimmy who was such a help with booking our dinner reservation an other needs . I rate that this experience 4.8 overall. The property is clean and well kept . Buffets offer a wide variety of food however I love the unique buffet overall. Drinks are a bit watered down depending on what I order but overall good . Definitely will recommend a revisit ."

Newly refurbished, it is the wonderful opposite of the Punta Cana drinkfests in its solitude, quiet, dignity, beauty, and healthy dining. The staff are superbly trained: unfailingly courteous, attentive, and capable. The chefs know their stuff. The grounds and rooms are kept clean and gorgeous. The gym is small but wonderfully equipped. The pools are splendid and the seating more than ample—the same goes for the beach. In fact, one might want a little less oomph from the beachside DJ and some of the nighttime restaurant musicians, as the vibe of the resort is of calm joy, not amped-up happy-happy. In general, though, quiet and considerate hospitality is constant every moment of every day.
