- "Good" - "It looks clean " - "Only the problem on this property is ‘umbrella’ They need to keep the umbrella every unit." - "large rooms ,, beach access the b-fast was ok .. " - "Well, we had a hut for ourselves, which was nice. Decent sized room, porch, aircon, good mattress. Negative to the room are the paper thin walls that let u hear everything that's said and done outside and vice versa. They play music from speakers that lasts until late and starts again at maybe 5:30 morning when the garden workers arrive. Breakfast was included in the room rate and tasty yet small. We also had lunch and that was really good. The BIG disappointment was the pool. It looks nice on pictures and was the reason we chose Tropicana but during our entire stay it was closed. That left only the dirty and crowded beach, as this resort caters mainly to daytime visitors renting cabanas. We would not go there again."

- "I like the ambiance in the beach at night. I like it more secure than the other. I want more lights in the parking area. Clean your ventilations in the washrooms. Bleach your tiles in the washrooms. Change your Tv into bigger screen. Thank you very much we had a nice stay there with my family and relatives." - "Very nice" - "Coming from a Davao Samal Island resort, London Beach Resort was a great surprise for us. It was 100 times better! We stayed in the newer rooms so the room amenities, acoustics and A/C were perfect. Things to improve on would be the mattress as it was on the firm side (pillowtop mattress would be nicer), hand towel rails in the bathroom and a bigger mirror in the room for putting on makeup, etc. The rooms were situated on the back of the property so it was quiet and far from the beach crowd. I did not get to try the spa as the massage therapist was off on our last day there. That was disappointing. An advance notice would be good or another therapist should have been available. Overall, it was a great property with responsive staff and I believe, a forward thinking owner. I recommend this resort for reunions, conferences or just plain R&R as they also have good food, nice looking bar and restaurant. As I said, it was a great surprise to find this in Gensan."
