Slow food is a way of life here and the philosophy behind our unique cuisine. The wellness cuisine offered in our organic kitchen is of exceptional taste presented in the most creative ways and to sum up True, Authentic, and Local Gourmet cuisine!

The core of the SwaSwara life plan & diets include plenty of protein, healthy fats (nuts), minimal to nil processed food / ingredients, lots of fresh fruit & veggies (especially greens), whole grains, fresh seafood and minimal dairy. Our menus do not offer meats, junk food, bottled soft drinks or deep fry dishes.

The Swaswara kitchen replaces white sugar with healthy Molasses made from Sugarcane grown on site!

We serve very little Wheat and instead use plenty of nutritious Millets plus varieties of unpolished rice.
