The facilities were great, the pool ideal for the number of guests and we didn't ever struggle to get sunbeds. The Animation team were great, offering loads of activities throughout the day without being too overbearing. The food and drinks offered were nice and varied enough that we didn't get bored over the week. The themed restaurants were good too although it's a shame they don't offer juice for the kids, this is only on offer in the main buffet restaurant. The only downside of the whole week was the air conditioning not working in our room. I reported it on the third day and reported it still hadn't been fixed every day for the rest of the week. On checkout I mentioned it again and the manager on duty said I should have brought it to his attention. It's a shame that none of the reception staff had done this earlier."
