- "Property is quiet and generally nice. It just didn’t feel as special as I would have expected. We stayed at a Renaissance here four years ago and overall I felt the service and attention to detail there was much better than the Begonia, even though the Begonia is more expensive and considered more luxury. Don’t get me wrong, we had a nice time but the property is not that old yet has several areas that are deteriorating visibly and lack of staffs attention to details (eg after our room was cleaned no one removed dirty glasses or replaced them with clean ones...) was disappointing."
