The elevator system can be updated as each operates separately and you may end up calling all the elevators to get to the floor you are going, which is a bit annoying and energy inefficient. One thing unpleasant happened during our stay. As my parents opened their door right after checking in and turned on their light, they saw a cockroach running away startled on the floor, which somehow my mom caught with her bag. The housekeeping team was very fast to deal with the issue and cleaned the site when I called them, but this incident left a bit of a bitter taste on our stay. "
