The studio apartment in Villa Alpa 3 is located on the ground floor of the villa. Furnished with care and love in a modern style to make you feel at home. The beach and bathing facilities just 400 meters away can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The beaches are varied for all tastes: sandy, natural rocky, with concrete or pebble plates, and with vegetation and trees near the coast, just walk a few hundred meters to choose the type of beach you prefer.
The house is located on the 730 sqm plot with a small garden with children's games, free private parking in front of the house, a large terrace on the roof of the house equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, and two outdoor whirlpools each for 6 people (2x2 m), all available to the guests of the house for shared use and free of charge. Reservation for use is required upon arrival for whirlpool baths (use is possible twice a day for one hour per apartment). The house offers 7 apartments for rent, one of which is for 2 people, 3 for 2+2 people, and 3 for 4+2 people. For paid bicycles ask the owner for the cost and availability.

Guest access
Guests have access to the parking, playground, roof terrace, and deck chairs, while for the hot tub, in the apartment you will find the list of times for use one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon. In the low season when all the apartments are not occupied, the hot tub can be used on request for more than two hours a day
