It’s very well equipped with everything available for our stay. We enjoyed light wine and cheese lunches at the table outside and a dinner at the more formal dining table inside. We went out to eat mostly, but also ordered in a meal and had breakfast groceries delivered. Kitchen seemed well equipped though if you wished to do more cooking. My favourite was getting straight into my swimming costume and robe (provided) in the morning, getting a cup of tea and seeing sunrise out by the pool then having a pleasant dip. One thing to note is that the villa is not in Monaco and we spent more on taxis than originally expected (though we found out the map location and walking distances were wrong before we went so we could plan for it). The location was actually much more restful - we walked (or hiked depending on your view) into town and back on a few occasions, having a lovely lunch and swim in the sea, though note that the spectacular views mean A LOT of stairs and a steep incline. One in the group went running each morning and ran to Italian boarder and back! We also took the train from town into Monaco with such a beautiful view of the sea and boats. It was a truly special long weekend and family and friends who came have been musing about when we might make it back. "

- "1. The property was shared with an elderly woman staying upstairs. This was not disclosed until we arrived at the Villa and if we knew, we would have not booked this property. 2. The Villa was advertised to be 5-10 minutes from Monaco with a map pin in the wrong location. The Villa is 25 minutes from Monaco (up to 45 minutes during rush hours) and knowing that beforehand, we would have not booked this property. Of note, the address is not disclosed until days before arrival. 3. The owner came by the Villa almost every day to check on us and stressing us with chores to do around, like removing umbrellas, closing the jacuzzi, pouring chlorine in the jacuzzi, cleaning, etc. Not to mention the many messages received during the day stressing us all. 4. The lower guest bedroom had mold in it. The washer and dryer were not working."

In a small 4-story building, located in an old neighborhood, offers all amenities, 5 minutes from the train station on foot and 4 minutes from the Casino Square, this bright 2-room accommodation will offer you all the comfort with its small balcony.

The space
Ideally located in the heart of Monte-Carlo, you will appreciate the calm of this neighborhood which has kept its authenticity, ideal for a romantic stay and/or a group of friends.
Please note that since the health crisis... cleaning and disinfection of everything that can be touched is applied... even before Covid19 the sheets and covers were washed at 90 degrees with bleach (I therefore maintain this policy of respect) as well as the door handles and all the switches... with 70 alcohol vinegar. Rest assured of my more drastic attention, I also add a day of distance after each rental to give me the time it takes to satisfy the following rentals.

Other things to note
A supermarket is a 4-minute walk away under one of the first large buildings built in Monaco, the "Millefiori", also a Tabac Presse on Rue des Roses and an authentic bar on the corner where time seems to stand still.
