We were able to relocate so that we would have clear view of the pool. When we went to the 2nd room the door was locked from the inside and maintenance had to get into the room, upon doing so the door frame broke. We are now after 3pm and a 3rd room. The front desk was amazing and made it right by giving us a room with an ocean view. As short as our stay was, it was nice and all is good with a great location, customer service, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms/amenities. I would rate it a 4 but they get a 5 because with all that went and could have gone wrong, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I would highly recommend the ocean view for the beauty but mostly because the very loud construction noise could not be heard over the peaceful sound of the waves. "
