Despite the staff’s best efforts, it remained intrusive for guests seeking a relaxed setting. Overall, Conrad Pune delivers superb service, elegant ambiance, and excellent dining. Would recommend a bar area appropriate for business travellers and people of 35+ age which would enhance their experience of the place. Conrad Pune certainly deserves 5 star ++ compared to other hotels in India."
