Near NTU, quiet location.
You can use the swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi.
Our place is near to neighbour shopping centre and food court where you can find lots of local food. Supermarket and Macdonald is opposite the house. Easy accessible to Boon Lay MRT by bus.

Keep the interior of the premises in good & tenant-able condition.
Keep the Toilet Cover CLOSED at all times after used.
No Loud Music / Talking that can cause nuisance to your room mate.

Not allowed to smoke in the room / house.
Not allowed to eat in the room / do consume cooked food in the dining area.
Not allowed to throw food in the room dustbin.
Not allowed to wear Footwear / Slipper in the house.
Not allowed to Hang Towels on the Wardrobe Doors / Windows, etc.
Not allowed to on the air-con when windows is open.
Ensure windows are closed when not around.
To Wash Own Cups & Bowls after used & Keep back to original place.

Our house has CCTV in the living room. You are welcome to share the living room with us. We love to keep the house clean.
The aircon is available from 10pm to 8am.

Quaint modern well furnished home for students and mid to long term travellers, who enjoy convenience and quiet. Location is excellent, next to the MRT train station, bus stops, medical polyclinic, banks, restaurants, supermarkets and. 30-45 mins train ride to major universities ( NUS, SMU, NTU), 30 mins by car to the city centre, and 40 mins to Airport. Internet wifi and cable television is available. Light cooking is available in the spacious kitchen. Great for study or work in Singapore.

Private rooms for mid to long term stay for students and working adults in a traditional walk-up apartment at busy & vibrant Geylang district. The apartment is surrounded by many economical eateries, food courts, restaurants, fruits shops, supermarkets. Conveniently located about 6 mins walking distance from Aljunied MRT Station and 1.3km distance from James Cook University.

The space
Utilities (Electricity, Water, Wi-Fi) are included in the rent. Washing & Dryer machine is available free for use. There is no kitchen or cooking facility, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, water kettle, egg boiler, induction cooker etc. are available for food heating or simple breakfast. There is mini fridge inside the room and iron/ ironing board, hairdryers are available for common use.
