This beach themed caravan is the perfect get away, with the most amazing panoramic coastal views to sit back & relax to on the decking with great sunrise & sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, double bed room with en-suit bathroom which has a bath so you can have a great relaxing bubble bath after walking on the beautiful beaches, it also has a separate toilet with shower, centrally heated & double glazed. It is a stones throw away from the High Street with lots of restaurants & pubs to try

The space
Church point is a small caravan park in a quiet and peaceful coastal location, it has no entertainment on site. This cozy caravan is situated at the end of the park right beside the pathway to one of the beach that has lots of rock pools when the tide is out and an amazing walk to some beautiful large rocks formations, the other end is a busier beach with a promenade and small delightful cafe and Maritime museum.
This end of the park is very quiet with not many caravans around you. It has decking at the front and around the side. The lounge has a double sofa and two large armchairs that are so comfortable to sit on, there is a gas fire and tv with freeview channels, plenty of DVD's and books for all, the separate raised area has a dinning table with 4 chairs.
The window are wrapped around the caravan so the panoramic views from inside are amazing
The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob and oven, it has a fridge and freezer, microwave and toaster.
This caravan is two bedrooms but we lock the smaller bedroom as we keep our things in there, this is why it is only one double room

Cleaning and laundry is charged at £35 per visit, we provide you with sheets, towels and toiletries for your stay, there will be an envelope to put the money in and left on the dinning room table, there is a lock box outside the caravan where the keys are stored, the number will be sent to you when the booking is confirmed

Please take your shoe off in the caravan and no smoking inside.

This luxury converted Bedford tk horsebox is sited in the meadow of Little low Haugh, just 0.9 miles from Morpeth.With stunning panoramic views of ancient woodland enveloping the quiet little spot it sits in. This classic Tk has been described as a cottage on wheels, with handmade furnishings, hot shower, wood burning stove, gas hob, and lighting throughout. The sleeping area is a double bed with luxury bedding. Firewood is provided as well as fire pit with all BBQ equipment. Hot tubs available.

The space
Set in the meadow of little low haugh, surrounded by ancient woodland and with a gentle stream trickling by. We're in a unique spot that sets us apart. There are great walking routes to the near by village of Mitford with the Wansbeck river close by. The short stroll to the market town of Morpeth with its historic buildings and eclectic mix of bars and restaurants means you can be immersed in nature in a rural setting but with all of the convenience a beautiful town has to offer, less than a mile away. The electricity is 12v, there are USB ports and cables provided and the lights are all 12v. There is no 240v electricity available other than for the boiler but you will have a continuous supply of electricity at 12v. With adequate amp hours for all of the amenities such as lighting, hot water and charging of devices.

Guest access
With five acres of meadow and woodland exclusive to the the one unit, guests would be guaranteed peace and quiet. Access through a gate to a public footpath and parking on site with a locked gate that guests have keys to. The adjacent fields are used by horse's and must not be entered.

Other things to note
Hot tubs can be paid for on site and are exclusive to the accommodation. They're £10 per barrel per use and subsequent uses are charged the same to cover the gas cost. Tubs come with extra towels and spa gowns. If you require the use of extra bedding for the sofa bed please let me know in advance so this can be set up for you before arrival.
